NM Supreme Court are tyrants who think they have the power to force certification of an election they have no faith in. Tyrants.

In less than 24 hours from the date of the SOS’s filing, the Supreme Court of New Mexico is ordering Otero to certify its election results. The court’s actions show a fundamental lack of due process. The Supreme Court did not address Dominion Voting Systems’ noncompliance with the election code, and are doing nothing more than providing a rubber stamp in forcing use of a machine designed to facilitate fraud.

An order to certify an illegal election is no order at all.

The greater question is what authority do local officials possess to ensure corruption free elections? If this decision is not challenged through local nullification, all power in the administration of elections is merely symbolic.

This is tyranny.

The New Mexico Supreme Court is comprised of 5 “progressive” democrats.

No republicans.

They have rubber stamped every Covid-19 restriction mandated by our corrupt governor, Michelle Wuhan Grisham.

Now they are rubber stamping election tyranny.

Commission: “What if we don’t?”

NM Supreme Court: “You have to, or else.”

Commission: “Why don’t you do it, if you feel so confident about Dominion?”

NM Supreme Court: “We can’t. We only have the authority to declare that you must violate your conscience and certify a process that is criminal.”

Commission: “Make me, bruh.”

To be held in contempt by a court that you already hold in contempt should be a life goal.

They even brought up the CISA bulletin.

Maggie trying to argue that the Commissioners are legally required to be mindless, rubber stamping slaves cannot be accepted by any reasonable person.

Was the NM Supreme Court’s Writ of Mandamus defective?

The Writ of Mandamus applies to non-discretionary, mere ministerial acts. Election certification is a discretionary act based on a commission’s judgment that the election is worthy of certification.

“the judges of the election would thereby be compelled to perform a task ... which involves the exercise of judgment and discretion, not a mere ministerial act within the ordinary function of a writ of mandamus.” Hall v Stuart, 198 Va. at 326, 94 S.E.2d at 291 (1956).

Have to hit the road later today and swing through several New Mexico counties being threatened with prosecution for withholding certification for elections being held on uncertifiable and illegal voting systems.

I rarely have a clue how commissioners will respond to this kind of tyranny. But I believe faith activates God’s power. So the Buick and I will drive on in faith.
