NEW🚨‼️: NSA intercepts from late 2022 captured Ukrainian government communications discussing a plan to divert hundreds of millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars—earmarked for clean energy infrastructure in Ukraine—back to the United States.

The scheme reportedly used the project as cover to send approximately 90% of the funds to the Democratic National Committee to support then-President Joe Biden’s 2024 re-election campaign.

Discussions involved unspecified U.S. government personnel through USAID in Kyiv and two American subcontractors. The plan called for routing money through U.S. companies to obscure tracking and executing contracts designed to prevent verification or fund recovery once disbursed.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard recently learned of the intercepts and directed USAID to search records to determine if the plot was executed and whether a criminal referral to the FBI is warranted. No evidence exists that the matter was investigated during the Biden administration. Officials assessed the communications were not tied to Russian disinformation.

The revelation comes amid separate Ukrainian anti-corruption probes, including the recent resignation of presidential chief of staff Andriy Yermak.
