This is not a glitch...
The only way this happens at this scale is collusion between the state, counties and NGOs to purposefully keep the voter rolls inflated.
And there is mass idenity theft happening because of digital signatures.
We have to get to the same standard banks use where a digital signature is no longer the only thing needed for a mail ballot or voter application form.
We must go back to wet signatures on paper as the ONLY PROOF a real person was PRESENT AND ABLE TO FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK.
