➡️ The construction process has not yet begun, but it is already generating opposition, security disagreements, and differing opinions regarding the future of control and security in the Gaza Strip.

➡️ According to American sources, Israelis, Palestinians, and American teams have begun working on the ground.

➡️ Engineering teams are working to remove rubble, deal with unexploded ordnance, and prepare the land for the

communities, but construction has not yet started.
