People claim get limit by false report and assume the system set by default doesn't work good enough.

Xalaxis says every report is checked by humans —the volunteers that provide those ask for help through the app with assistance— and false reports don't make people limited.

There are two situations user could be limited for incorrectly are:
1️⃣ A human moderator makes a mistake
2️⃣ A moderator is too strict

Another user, Keziolio suggest if someone get banned in an one channel, they should banned only in there.
