Starting with 0.9.46 our Telegram Desktop version for early testing is renamed to «alpha» instead of the old puzzling «dev» 🤔

Also this new version is the first one built upon Qt library version 5.6, so I hope it has some bugfixes for you.

Now we can remove "Deleted Account" from member list and block list. The bug has been fixed.

- Tap and hold the 'take photo' button in standard camera mode to record a video, release to stop.
- Videos you take in-app will be saved to your phone in Full HD quality.
