Russia is employing neo-conservative tactics of pre-emptive warfare.

The neo-conservative response?

Calls for war with Russia.

Big news this morning:

A federal court has enjoined the Biden federal employee vaccine mandate.
“NATO was established to preserve the peace, and it would be a tragedy of immense proportions if its threatened Eastern expansion would become the principal cause of a devastating war.”

New Durham revelations:

DNC/Hillary lawyer Marc Elias testified before a grand jury.

He has obtained more records from Perkins Coie, the Clinton Campaign, and Fusion GPS.

This includes 396 e-mails between the FBI and Perkins Coie from 2016-2017

The FDA has approved the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine under the name "SPIKEVAX"

They have done so without thorough testing on pregnant women. From Moderna:

"Available data on SPIKEVAX administered to pregnant women are insufficient to inform vaccine-associated risks in pregnancy."
Something to watch closely:

An FDA Advisory Committee will be meeting on February 15 to discuss authorizing the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for kids aged 6 months through 4 years of age.

One could say that Rogan is under attack for speaking truth to power. But that’s not quite true. As Christopher Hitchens observed, that cliché is looking in the wrong direction because power already knows the truth. More importantly, Rogan – and his guests – speak truth to the powerless.

Filed today - there is a sealed summons in the Igor Danchenko case.

Recall that Danchenko (the Christopher Steele primary subsource) was indicted for lying to the Feds regarding his sourcing of the Steele dossiers.

At this stage of the case - over 3 months after the initial charges were filed - it could very well be a superseding indictment.
Regarding Danchenko -

Not that a superseding indictment is guaranteed, just that a superseding indictment is one of the more likely possibilities. This could also be relating to a plea deal. It could be clerk error (less likely).
As to the Danchenko filing - we have sort of an answer. Clerk error they corrected this morning - the summons was really a subpoena 🤦‍♂️. Huge difference.

The significance of a subpoena in a federal criminal case? It commands someone to appear or product documents.

I suspect it's to a third party (phone provider, etc) to produce records. See the sample subpoena form I'm providing.

Subpoena still sealed, we'll provide an update once it's public.
Important - Special Counsel John Durham developments:

Clinton allies exploited data to collect information on "the Executive Office of the President of the United States."

In other words, they spied on President Trump while he was in office.

The scandal isn't just the spying -

The CIA is generally prohibited from operations inside the U.S.

So why did the CIA meet with a DNC lawyer to collect derogatory information about President Trump?

The dangers of escalation and the need for a quick resolution to the Russia-Ukraine conflict:

Proxy battles never end well for the proxy.

Russia's "red line" of NATO expansion and Western involvement in Ukraine - that which risked Russia invading Ukraine - has been an understanding of the US for ~20 years. Fiona Hill, the Regime's favorite Russia "expert", predicted in 2008 that Russia might take preemptive military action in response to potential NATO expansion to the East.

The regime's proxy is Ukraine but their target is Russia. Consider the possibility that the West wanted war. Not for the benefit of Ukraine, as its people would suffer the costs and casualties. But for the West to weaken Putin (through penalties and sanctions and damage to their currency and economy) and increase the likelihood of regime change within Russia.

For those in the Regime who hope for regime change in Russia: be careful what you wish for, because Putin's predecessor - if it comes to that - might be much worse.
Michael Sussmann is trying to get his case dismissed. Special Counsel Durham responds.

Notable:
Sussmann used sensitive data from the Executive Office of the President (transition period) to falsely claim "Trump and/or his associates were using a type of Russian-made wireless phone in the vicinity of the White House and other locations."

That info was passed to the CIA.

Beware the false flags.

But also beware the fake news and false promises, as they are the means for dangerous ends: increased U.S. and NATO involvement in the war between Russia and Ukraine.

Their diminished likelihood of success in Ukraine only increases their desperation.
