I was legit wondering why Google didn't add the frames feature in the markup or screenshot plugin and It turns out the app was made by an independent developer on threads 🥀
It even has closed tester forms and the Material You feel as thus I got confused. This means Google still ain't gonna ads any frame to screenshot
Here is the Google Form for closed beta tester if u wanna test the guy's 'Frame For Pixel' app:
