Tecno Phantom Vision V concept folds to nearly regular smartphone size, but if needed can expand to match a mid-size tablet.

Tecno has added a small display on the back, which it calls a reverse-side back cover. It will display notifications, reminders, and an always-on display-styled clock.
The display is made up of 11 functional layers, giving it both flexibility and durability while the casing is made of "aerospace-grade" titanium making it very durable.

• This concept phone can also expand its inner display further by rolling or sliding it out to a full 10.1 inches.
• The phone does not have any hole-punch or cutout on any display.
• The Phantom Vision V, in total, has 3 displays.

Netflix reveals how their plan to stop password sharing works

Now, only accounts within same household will be shareable, the company revealed in their FAQs

After Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings stepped down as CEO last month, Greg Peters, the new co-CEO, had confirmed that the majority of subscribers who use the service but do not pay for it (thanks to password-sharing) will no longer be able to do so in the near future.

Here's How:
You can still share passwords, but only with people who reside in the same house as you. And for that, it wants users to confirm that they share the same household or else buy their own subscription.

How Will a Device be Verified?
Netflix will send an email or SMS to the primary account holder with a four-digit verification code which they will have 15 minutes to enter before it expires.

How Will Netflix Detect Devices Within a Household?
Netflix will utilise IP addresses, device IDs, and account activity in order to determine which devices are part of the same household and which are not.

What Happens While Travelling or using Netflix from Another Location?
If you are traveling or live between different homes and are the primary account owner (or live with them),  can request a temporary code from the service when signing in. This will give them access to their account for 7 consecutive days, and after 7 days again verify the device

How Many Devices you can use in One Location?
It depends on which plan you’re signed up for

In the promo, Realme showcased that the LED light can make all 7 Rainbow 🌈 colors, and it will be used for different purposes.
For eg, Red means battery low and so on

If you remember, Samsung Galaxy J2 (2016) also packed the same feature, which Samsung called Smart Glow, which Glows lights around the camera layout to produce various colors for notifications, charging, calls etc

So Realme copied the transparent design of Nothing Phone 1 and Samsung's Smart Glow feature (tho not around camera layout but besides it) in a different way.
It can also produce all colors like Samsung Galaxy J2's Smart Glow plus White color like of Nothing Phone 1.

Apple files patent for ‘self-healing’, 'crack-resistant' foldable display

Apple gained a patent for a folding device, which uses elastomers in a design element with self-healing properties
The elastomeric component provided a flexible layer, sandwiched between the rigid portions of the display cover
The self-healing materials would be layered upon the elastomer part of the phone

Acc to Apple, the self-healing coating can fill in any dents to the phone “without external intervention. Alternatively, the self-healing may be initiated or expedited by externally applied heat, light, electric current, or other type of external stimulus,”
The display cover may include transparent conductors in a layer that generate heat to stimulate self-healing.

The display has several layers, including a flexible substrate, a thin-film transistor layer, protective layer.
The protective layer is designed to prevent forming cracks in the flexible substrate, which is the most vulnerable part of the display.

Unopened first-gen iPhone expected to fetch $50,000 at auction

The auction, held by LCG Auctions, began on 2nd February and will continue until February 19 will have 1st Gen unused and sealed 1st Gen iPhone where it's expected to bring a minimum of $50,000

In 2007, Green( owner of aunctioned iPhone) received the gift from her friends after she got a management job at PetSmart but decided to kept on a shelf as it was only compatible with AT&T.

In August 2022, a factory-sealed iPhone sold for $35,000, and an unopened first-generation iPod sold for $25,000.
In October 2022, a factory-sealed iPhone sold for $39,340, beating $35,000 of iphone sold in August,22

Green is now selling the iPhone, which is anticipated to sell for more than $50,000, to help finance her business.

Pakistan Bans Wikipedia!!

Wikipedia has been blocked in Pakistan over “sacrilegious” content on the site. According to research from the OpenNet Initiative, the country blocks sites that have content it considers to be “blasphemous, anti-Islamic, or threatening to internal security.”
Wikipedia is in talks with Pakistan officials, regarding the same and It will be unbanned after Wikipedia will remove "unlawful" content.

So from now, Pakistan users, especially school/college students would have to use VPNs to access Wikipedia in their country.

It's no new thing for Pakistan to ban major sites, as they earlier banned YouTube for 3 years !!.
They also banned TikTok too (2020 - 2021)
