He found it eye openingly simple, he discounts the Texas Tribune lies about ECHO 65 due to their repeated attempts to throw him under the bus, and he's interested in learning more about the Ballot Secrecy issue being championed by Barry Wernick wernickfortexas.com.

Due to recent revelations confirming severe violations of Voter's right to a secret ballot, facilitated by participation in CWPPP as opposed to previous in-precinct voting, AG Paxton must advise all Texas Counties to take all necessary measures securing their citizens' rights to a secret ballot.
Election Records are Public Records and Texas Law outlines measures which guarantee BOTH auditability and ballot secrecy.
Election Records are public Records per Texas Election Code 1.012, and redaction of what are mandated to be ANONYMOUS BALLOTS is an additional violation of Texas's Public Information Act, as well as CONFIRMATION of violations of the Ballot Secrecy mandates.
