Hey yall, here is my resolution for my precinct convention tonight!

The ABCs of Election Security

Whereas Auditability, Ballot Secrecy and Chain of Custody are the foundations of secure and trustworthy elections, and

Whereas casting ballots by precinct protects ballot secrecy, and

Whereas protecting ballot secrecy preserves auditable paper trails for precinct returns, and

Whereas casting all ballots of a precinct together, whether regular or provisional, strengthens the Chain of Custody for Precinct returns,

Be it resolved that the RPT conducts our primaries in a lawful and auditable way which adheres to federal ballot secrecy and Auditability laws, and Texas Election Code 1.0015, by casting ballots by precinct and counting those precinct returns on site, by hand, using The ECHO Hand Count Method authorized by the TX SOS for use in Texas Elections.

Ok that resolution didnt pass buy my Sharia Law resolution did:

Whereas the Constitution and its' subsequent statutes are the only law of the land, and

Whereas Sharia Law is fundamentally incompatible with US Constitutional Law and cannot be legally enforced, and

Whereas certain aspects of Sharia Law have resulted in abuses of women, minorities and non-Muslims in both Islamic nations as well as in western European cultures, and

Whereas Texas has a duty to uphold Constitutional Law and Unalienable Rights of all Texans,

Be it resolved that the exercise of Sharia Law, where it opposes or violates the Constitution, it's subsequent statutes, or the Constitutional rights of Texans, is hereby codified as criminal conduct, is not protected under the 1st amendment as a religious practice, and is immediately enforced as a Third Degree Felony defined by relevant statutes in Chapter 22 of the Texas Penal Code for every instance of abuse confirmed, without the option for a deferred penalty.

Never trust an "intel" person in AZ who misses THIS MUCH election abuse.

Sadly, I was the one who always spoke up when I noticed something wasnt right with the groups i was working for.

That's what got me kicked from 2 of them, they want to be able to play their games and they expect me to be silent while they violate the same laws I am trying to strengthen.
