I've been telling everyone they are systematically removing our ability to audit our elections - from countywide voting, removing lawful ballot numbers, redacting public records, and waiving state statute.

It's infuriating that despite our progress, the Texas SOS Director of Elections Christina Adkins can just SNAP her fingers and eliminate voter ID laws along with the use of provisional ballots.

Come watch Heider, who waived state and federal election statute until he was confronted by Tim O'Hare, call me a liar for posting that the most recent update from the TX SOS is that Keith Ingram is in charge of maintaining the voter rolls.

This is so rich. I've called him out on it.

To recap: I made a post that it's Ingram's job at the SOS office to manage the voter rolls.

Heider says I'm a liar. He said I knew Ingram left back in Jan to work for CISA.

All I knew was Ingram took a job at CISA, didn't say anything about him leaving the SOS office.

Some of us work more than one job, Heider, lol.

So no, I didn't lie, and if Ingram is actually out of the SOS office then Heider has refused to tell us who he speaks with at the SOS office in charge of the registrations.

The SOS just told the AG to remove the hundreds of illegal voters found by grassroots investigators, confirmed by Tarrant County Assistant DA.

So we have no idea who's job that is rn LOL

There has been NO update on who has that position, the LAST update was that it was Ingrams job. Just bc he took a role at CISA doesn't mean he's been fired or quit.

Let me explain:

SOS Nelson and AG Paxton aren't besties.

Paxton and Nelson have been in communication on these issues but it's the SOS job to issue advisories, and it's the AGs job to issue OPINIONS on items we send to him.

The Law is clear. It was the SOS job to fix their bullshit advisory from the 8th which provided the loophole for noncitizens to vote (as usual, literally nothing new, they stay making loopholes).

SOS Nelson for some reason (to hide behind and blame him for) wanted Paxton to issue an opinion on if voters with noncitizen IDs can vote regular ballots.

Paxton wasn't playing with her. She was told to fix it like she's paid and took an oath to do. So she did.

She wanted Paxton to issue it so she could truthfully tell her globalist special interest donors and backers that she didn't issue the order stopping the illegal votes. Because the NASS (National Association of Secretaries of State) and the TACEO (Texas Association of County Election Officials) formerly known as the TAEA (Texas Association of Election Administrators) are ALL funded/sponsored/backed by Voting Machine Manufacturers like DOMINION, HART and ES&S.

And those companies keep suggesting new technology, which hasn't been approved by the legislature, be implemented in our elections. And our investigations reveal that this tech is inherently causing the violation of State and federal Election Security mandates, facilitating fraud UNDETECTED. The little rats.

Change my mind, Heider. If I'm wrong, CORRECT ME HERE WHERE THE PEOPLE CAN SEE.

Understand.

Just frustrated that NO ONE in TX R leadership takes the lead in election integrity.

Honestly, what is the reason she felt the need to throw Paxton under the bus for "no response" to her asking him for an opinion on her own bullshit advisory that she KNEW was wrong.

She clearly knew what she needed to change. I'd have refused to make a statement too, Jane Nelson is a big girl and she knows what's going on.

Look at how she corrected it even without the AG opinion. Amazing! Almost like she DIDN'T NEED IT AT ALL and COULD ALWAYS HAVE DONE THE LOGICAL THING.
