4.) Redaction of PUBLIC ELECTION RECORDS does NOT alleviate the BALLOT SECRECY VIOLATIONS. All records created in an election must simultaneously preserve ballot secrecy rights and be made available to the Public.

5.) Redaction of PUBLIC ELECTION RECORDS effectively destroys the AUDITABLE PAPER TRAIL mandated by the HELP AMERICA VOTE ACT. Precinct Level Reporting and Polling Location data offer granularity and accuracy in determining election results.
6.) Per Sewell vs Chambers in Fort Worth (1948) case law, citing previous case law (1911), "...We have a wholesome rule of law that the secret ballot be not treated lightly. However, there are public interests which outweigh the individual's right to have his ballot kept secret. ‘The stability of our government is dependent upon the honesty and purity of the ballot the secrecy of the ballot had better be scattered to the four winds, rather than have such secrecy shield corruption in elections, * * * better a thousand times that the individual's vote should be spread upon canvas under calcium light, than that fraud should be locked up within the lids of official ballot boxes and poll books with no known legal method of exposing such fraud.’ Gantt v. Brown et al., 238 Mo. 560, 142 S.W. 422, 425.

TBTR Strategies has created the map to show that voting by precinct, by assigning precincts to polling locations and binding those pollbooks to the voters in the assigned precincts, using our existing locations is 100% feasible, will require no additional cost, and may in fact save the county a certain amount by eliminating a number of polling locations.This map can be quickly and easily adjusted to even out the number of assigned voters at each location as the Commissioners see fit.

As I'm getting better I'm seeing the devastating results of Helene. I think we are all in total shock. All spare funds must immediately be allocated to this and the upcoming hurricane, call ALL of your reps and ask them what they'll DO to help and to prevent FEMA/Mayorkas from draining emergency funds.
