Following precinct level voting practices as we did prior to the machines, and Texas's Ballot numbering laws/ Ballot preparation laws 52.062 and 62.009, Texans once had one of the most secure paper Ballot systems able to detect potential fraud.

Voters must have AUDITABILITY FIRST, Ballot Secrecy as well and the voter must also be able to pull their Ballot if they SO CHOOSE. (ONLY election nerds like us would even want to)
