Attorney General Paxton must immediately urge all counties using the Countywide Polling Place Program (CWPPP) to restore in-precinct or combined precinct voting for the November 2024 General Election. This is crucial to safeguard the integrity of our elections by ensuring auditability, ballot anonymity, and access to public records.

SB 924 unjustly strips large counties of their right to combine precinct polling locations, trapping them in the CWPPP. This law is not only unconstitutional ab initio, but also unenforceable, as it prevents compliance with state and federal statutes that mandate election transparency and voter privacy and now a voter's right to access public records.

We cannot allow SB 924 to undermine our electoral system. AG Paxton must recommend noncompliance with this flawed legislation and stand up for the rights of Texas voters. The integrity of our elections depends on it.

We need to also amend the protocol for provisional ballots and totally repeal the "Reasonable Impediment" otherwise literally anyone can cast a regular ballot even if they have no ID and are not on the county voter list.

There's so much ground to cover and every group has a different idea of what to do, almost none of them provide a way to actually obtain the evidence, draft laws based on it, and actually stand on business? Weird. Kind of like they just said what they needed to get millions donated so they could live like Rockstars.
