He found it eye openingly simple, he discounts the Texas Tribune lies about ECHO 65 due to their repeated attempts to throw him under the bus, and he's interested in learning more about the Ballot Secrecy issue being championed by Barry Wernick wernickfortexas.com.

So far the most scandalous thing that has happened is:

Tina authorized someone to come into her offices and didn't ask anyone. She was the Clerk lol. She was in charge.

Also the cameras in the trusted build room were requested to be turned off, which is interesting but was not a crime.

Oh and the media obtained some random data and chose to publish it, somehow that's on Tina too.

She's facing 7 felonies for this. Total intimidation tactic, we should be able to examine our allegedly anonymous election records.

Barry Wernick and I are headed to meet Tarrant County Sheriff Waybourn right now to discuss the ballot secrecy issue.

Government’s case against Tina depends on witness Gerald Wood’s claim he neither communicated with Tina nor agreed to use of his ID. He was exposed lying on the stand. Even the prosecutor admonished him in front of jury. He tried to make a quick getaway, but was defeated.

Ballot Secrecy is considered a right for Voters, however it comes second to auditability. Our counties using Countywide Polling Places are facilitating violations of ballot secrecy AND auditable election records.

They are using the word "Democracy" as opposed to "Republic" because they mean to erase minority rights, then obfuscate elections so thoroughly that majority rule cannot be challenged.
