Media is too big

I just don't believe that appointing more bureaucrats is the answer.
I believe meaningful legislation BINDING the Executive Branch is what this nation needs. To seal out Globalist appointees to offices granted unchecked power by an unwitting legislature.
"Title 5 of the U.S. Code charges the OPM with executing, administering, and
enforcing the rules, regulations, and laws governing the civil service."
Emphasis on "Laws" as all rules and regulations should adhere to these Laws.
When the Law is violating NONDELEGATION, and thereby granting unlimited rule making power to an Executive Branch Agency, this is how the Bush/Clinton/Obama/Biden admin and Trump's as well, were exercising power they shouldn't have. When the Left does it, the media covers up.
When the Right does it, the media acts like they are criminals.
The power needs to be taken away. They must follow the Law as written, with minimal rule making authority.
We have REAL remedy proposed at tbtr.us. Legislation everyone can support. πΊπ²π

Trump literally can't do this on his own, he will already have his political appointees, but the IMMEDIATE remedy for next session should be to BIND those appointees and their agencies to the LAW finally.
So it doesn't matter who's appointees are in. Does this make sense?

Trump understands the issues inherent to Project 2025.
As does anyone who has read the Constitution. Sorry.
Leftists, globalists, and those vying for power they shouldn't have, are the biggest critics of Trump AND the biggest supporters of Project 2025.
Let the Left be upset. Let the establishment be upset.
We are fixing the LAWS, not hiring more feds. Ya fuckin ass hats.
And Vivek was pushing this. Another clue that he is too young and rash to lead, OR he is a plant. I think he's just young. He's too smart to be roped into Globalist narratives. I believe Vivek was duped by Project 2025 promises.

My take on Project 2025 from last year. I'm not against Heritage but this is not the answer. I've got the answer, legislative remedy binding the Deep State.
I know the establishment is working up a storm over Project 2025, but let me explain the real reason it is not the answer, WHILE providing the true path to remedy.

Liberalism is not intellectualism.
Keep that burn locked and loaded. Never let them claim moral high ground.

I also want you to consider this:
Trump has never heard of Project 2025 plans. That means the Heritage Foundation, a YUGE organization, was either unable to get Trump's attention the way they got Vivek's and others... or they deliberately did NOT brief him and expect to rally support using manufactured Democrat opposition.
Which one seems more likely? I tell you, I've lost count of the people I've networked with to get my legislation to those who can pass it. There is not one representative I name that I have not reached out to and secured face time with.
Why would Heritage try to piggy back on Trump, plan their Project around him, NOT brief him, and then feign being on the conservative defense against the establishment Left?
Heritage. Why have you not briefed Trump on Project 2025?
Heritage. I will analyze you into the 7th layer of Hell. Better straighten up.

Agenda 47 is Trump's policy outline.
Not Project 2025. That is a red herring put out by uniparty goons who definitely want to expand the Deep State while gaslighting conservatives that Trump is in on it, and gaslighting Democrat voters that this is something they don't want.
The Uniparty absolutely wants this, so they manufacture crises around it. Nobody heard it and was intrigued, nobody asked for more feds.
Trump says he's got nothing to do w it. Says his agenda is publicly known.
Dems definitely love the idea of expanding federal authority and hiring more feds agents.
RINOs also definitely love the idea of expanding the Deep State to maintain their decades-old grip on power in DC.
Never be gaslit again. Thanks for your support, and I'm open to any differing opinions. Just try to remain respectful to one another or I'll be mean too. Nobody wants that.

Project 2025 will only work once our laws delegating the executive branch too much power are AMENDED.

β¬οΈβ¬οΈβ¬οΈ the way my legislation would deal with this: make the deliberate violation of procedural rights a High Crime.
You'd think it already is, and I'm sure the Law does clarify this particular issue already, but we see nuance and selective enforcement of the Law. So we have to get meaner with it.
I want all penalties raised to High Crimes for Federally Appointed officials, and their appointees and employees, who BLOCK procedural rights for any American, and let's double it up.
Let's also make it a State Level Crime for Federal Employees to abuse the procedural rights of citizens.
Let's triple it. Let's make it a High Crime for a Federal Employee to use their position to violate procedural rights with the intent of preventing, obfuscating, sabotaging or prematurely concluding investigative procedures ordered by the President or Congress, or by a Governor or State Legislature.
I'm talking Treason. These crimes are tantamount to Treason. But let's make them impeachable offenses attached with due penalties. We can explore the deeper intentions behind the violations once we get them charged initially, removed from office and brought to court.
This is cursory, the details I have not released publicly yet bc there's nuance. A metric butt-load of nuance.
