BARRY WERNICK testifies at the Texas Senate Committee on State Affairs about the issues he has independently confirmed with the Countywide Polling Place Program. This issue was found by Tammy and Susan of Tarrant County, now confirmed independently by multiple groups, in all 96 CWPPP counties.

Taking Back Texas FULLY CONDEMNS Weston Martinez and the VFBI for releasing ballots from Matt Rinaldi and Collin Alred.

Ballots must NOT be revealed, this is the exact WRONG way to handle this, this will discourage voter turnout and will prevent dems shifting to Republicans this fall if they think their ballot could be published and used against them.

Additionally, we have REAL remedy and we already have their attention, releasing ballots is a violation and MUST NOT BE ALLOWED.

Trey Trainor, Weston Martinez, Current Revolt and the VFBI are WRONG for this.

The fix is in the legislature, that's the ONLY way to back out of the Administrative DEEP State we are operating under.

Anyone who doesn't have legislation drafted is NOT serious about getting the changes we need.

I have the legislation to fix this once and for all. Releasing the concepts soon, saving the actual legislation for the candidates to review and pre-file.

Today, Paxton's opinion on countywide polling just gave the green light for counties to redact the polling location from election records and it could also be interpreted to redact the precinct information from ballots....see the quote from the attached opinion on p.2:


"...regarding the locations at which some of the voters cast their ballots constitutes personally identifiable information that could tie a voter’s identity to their specific voting selections. Accordingly, the personally identifiable information of voters contained in the requested information must be redacted."



Redacting the polling location and/or precinct information from election records released to the public will cause

inability to complete an audit, and
ability for county employees and their agents to still breach ballot secrecy for some voters casting ballots at countywide locations.

The remedy is IMMEDIATELY moving back to in precinct voting - NOT redacting what's supposed be anonymous info, but what we need to audit the results!

They need to FIX the issue they created, NOT attempt to stop the issues from being discovered!

I think this is his way of preventing anyone from pulling ballots until we can repeal the law but the fix is DEFINITELY a return to in-precinct voting, he's got to take that position before the legislature

The AG opinion is the ONLY way he can stop ppl from pulling and publishing ballots.

This is WHY Barry and I were SO secretive about this issue w the media. He went public, but published no ballots and didn't give out instructions on how.

Weston giving those ballots to the press, publishing them, and giving out the formula - against Barry and my orders - has TRIGGERED this opinion from the AG for now.

The way Weston handled it got our records redacted, and we told him this would blow up in our faces, he did it anyways.

Thank Weston Martinez for this rushed, bullshit opinion.

Paxton will have to take the position before the legislature that the ONLY fix is a return to in-precinct voting.

Dr. Laura Pressley is another one to follow but she isn't big on social media, so you just have to watch for her cases. She sues when she finds breaches of the Law. Based on her case rulings we can either uphold the Law or show the Legislature where they need to amend it.

This is Checks and Balances.

But instead of running smoothly, like a well-oiled machine, it's slow and clunky, like the oil needs to be changed badly. Like the swamp needs to be drained.

Need totally new fluid flowing thru to heal and help us find where to cut out the rot. That's where Trump's executive appointees should be able to clean house. And the Legislature can bind even those new appointees to have less decision-making power and add more severe penalties for abuse of executive authority.
