Dallas County Republican Party (DCRP) is sending out notices that the recount is canceled, after setting an arbitrary deadline for an arbitrary amount to be paid ($10k by Tomorrow at 9am, Barry has 3 different quotes for what he owes and has already put down $8k), and despite Barry RAISING that money!
Jennifer then decided to cancel the recount saying he hadn't paid by TONIGHT - NOT what she told Barry earlier today, that he could pay by 9am tomorrow - just as Barry was finalizing his fund raising totals!
Now she says "Just bring it by 9am tomorrow" and Barry has NOT even received an official invoice for this $10k RANSOM that Outgoing DCRP Chair Jennifer Stoddard Hajdu is demanding Barry pay!
This is just more of the chaos Jennifer has wrought on the DCRP, their Elections, and the rights of candidates paying for a recount of their own race.

The Morgan Meyer Campaign and OUTGOING DCRP Chair Jennifer Stoddard-Hajdu (RINO/Uniparty Establishment) are hiding behind Heider's election procedures to sabotage the recount ordered and paid for by the Barry Wernick campaign.
We have been obstructed, assaulted, harassed, maligned, slandered, threatened, intimidated and thrown out after REPORTING all of this to the Dallas Sheriffs.
I called the Sheriffs. Not Susan Fountain, not Jennifer Stoddard Hajdu.
I called the Sheriff to report obstruction, a Class A MISDEMEANOR and a Class C assault.
The Sheriff and deputies were there because I CALLED THEM. I want to be VERY clear. The poll watchers were NOT in violation, they were REPORTING the Obstruction.
Heider, I understand you don't like the precedent set that you are ORDERED to produce records, but that is already the law.
Not only does the Chair have the authority to ORDER you to produce a recount or election record, I as a MERE CITIZEN wield that authority as well.
The Public Information Act is BINDING, and after that humiliating lawsuit you had Tarrant County Attorney Stephen Lund file, which was thrown on its ass before a final ruling was issued due a a clarification in the law we had passed, I'd think you would strive to AVOID another potential violation of the PIA requests and the Recount Committee requests for documents the Law, the SOS and the AG agree we have access to.
