Read what a canvass is supposed to be, and what party rights are in ordering a hand-counted post-election canvass in order to certify those damned results.
Especially considering the above certification concern.

They began using that server in Dallas in 2019.
The Dallas 2020 Election was tabulated and reported from a server that is still unable to be lawfully verified, let alone certified for use in Texas Elections. Is that correct, Heider? Christina?
Madness.

Also, Christina and Heider, the Party's rights to conduct their own primaries supercede other election code.
When the Party's chairs demand separate ballot boxes, you don't get to argue. You're not in a position to negotiate. Neither of you.
You sign the contract, or you refuse and meet the party in court.
The party is not acting outside of the Law, there is an entire CHAPTER for how party primaries are to be conducted, and it's the Party's responsibility, oversight.
Heider, you're capped at charging the parties more than $5/machine. That's where you come in. When you're presented with a lawful party primary contract - in your role as a public employee - you sign it. You don't argue. That's not your place.
To the point that there "aren't enough machines" Heider, that's a YOU problem.
If you'd EITHER:
1.) Order more machines so you might comply with ALL of the laws, not just the ones you like.
-OR-
2.) Balance your Election Day/ Early Vote Machines more equally so that you have enough machines to give parties SEPARATE BALLOT BOXES for their PRIMARY ELECTIONS.
That'd be greeeaaat...
And Jennifer Hadju, don't let the door hit you on the way out.
Thank you for your service. πΊπΈ

I wish I could tell yall about some of my work, but any time I do go public with a group I'm working with, myself and that group get a lot of drama sent their way, from a certain source, which spreads gossip and rumors like wildfire.
So I can only release the work I've done independently, until the day comes when the sources (there are several nodes) of drama are finally dismissed from the meaningful work we are doing.
But I'll post about any upcoming events I'll be at and we can discuss in person what yall can help us out with.

Hello TX Patriots,
I'm Kris Jurski and the creator The People's Audit. Just wanted to give you an update TX.
We are working with a group in Tarrant County that helped with the funding and data we needed to get started in TX.
They put up $3k that was needed to get the state wide voter rolls for October 2023. As well they raised 50% of the funds to cover the development and hosting for the rest of this year.
What we found was horrifying with Harris County having more UAA Registrants (355,665) than we currently have in the entire state of FL.
We had to be sure this was correct so we spend the last few months vetting this information agains the county files...and the problem really is there.
We also ran into an unexpected issue around duplication of state voterIDs (Another problem that SHOULD NOT BE THERE) that we had to retool our programming around.
The good news is all the extra work resulted in new system that we successfully tested on NC last week.
We are now doing the final polishing on that code and will be rebuilding the entire state of TX over the next week.
If you want to join the county admins we already have working, please send a message to me with this form and be sure to include your phone and county so we can have someone from your state reach out to you:

Yes, the SOS has a problem reusing VUIDs already on the books.
Do YOU know your VUID, Texas?
Or is someone else voting for you?
PRODUCE THE PRE NUMBERED BALLOTS.

Check out that SEQUENTIAL NUMBERING SYSTEM!
"Now THAT'S NUMBER-WANG!"
Tell me, Patriots. How are we supposed to tell the RANGE of ballots sent to this location, based on this number? That's the whole idea, you know.
Texas Election Code 52.062 and 62.009 - thanks to Dr. Pressley for EXTENSIVELY covering this issue BEFORE IT WAS COOL.
And know when other "big" names pick up the concepts we have been detailing here, they won't give credit. Dr. Pressley doesn't want credit - she wants LAW AND ORDER.
So YOU know where it came from when you hear the celebrities in this movement start to ask you to hearken unto them - like everything, they are just wanting fame and relevance. They can have it if they show RESPECT to the work that's already been done - instead of slandering everyone doing more work than themselves.

Texas has 254 Counties. But still has the same pattern where the top 10 counties contribute to 80% of the total undeliverable voter problem.
The People's Audit state wide analysis of Texas showed 1,142,567 Active Registrants with no good address on file.
Harris County had 355,665 undeliverable active voter registrants. THAT IS MORE THAN THE ENTIRE STATE OF FLORIDA.
Most of the issues in the state are being caused by missing secondary address details. That is why we were hesitant to publish the findings till we vetted the data carefully.
What is missing secondary address mean?
All they need is an "Apt", "Suite" or even just a "#" in front of the unit number to make this a verifiable address by the US Post Office CASS standard.
The same people promoting mail in ballots could not get jobs sending junk mail in the private sector. If their bosses saw all the waste they generated, they would be fired on the spot.
Before they start pushing mail in ballots, they better get educated on how mail works.

We have been carefully vetting the results out of The People's Audit Texas.
Frankly, I was so shocked by what we were finding, I wanted to be sure it was not something wrong in the data we were getting from the state.
We just got word that an important records request from Tarrant County finally came in.
Our TPA reports showed 36,064 Active Registrants in Tarrant County, TX with no good mailing address on file.
The records request on the returned postcard that were recently sent out there showed +33,600 voters returned as undeliverable.
Let's say that printing + postage cost tax payers there about $2 for each mailing.
That is about $67,000 Tarrant County wasted on a SINGLE MAILING!
There are 254 Counties in TX and there is a good bet it cost more to send mail in ballots.
So far in Florida, since the 2020 election, we have reduced the amont of bad addresses by +340,000.
That is easily a MILLION DOLLARS in tax payer savings between printing, postage, retrieval, review, storage & removal.

Hey, thanks Heider.
And special credit to your old friend, Keith Ingram - I'm going to leave ERIC out of this because I'm not blaming them for YOUR poor administrative choices.
NO QUARTER. βοΈ I want an oath-taker CHARGED with Criminal Negligence, if applicable, and OFFICIAL OPPRESSION FOR DENYING US RECORDS - WHEN THE LAW WAS CLEAR.
You DELAY so long that our ability to REMEDY is SPENT!

Frivolous lawsuits being filed to DENY us our rights to review the records should be UPPED TO OFFICIAL OPPRESSION.
I'm drafting THAT bill TODAY.
It will be in the inboxes of several representatives this week, and I might as well pass a resolution through the RPT to be sure candidates understand how serious this is being taken right now.

Another TX Option to Challenge Voters that I believe TX Citizens can use to take matters into their own hands. (I'm currently exploring this approach combined with the Jury List approach referenced above to address non-citizens on the rolls, if any.)
