โฌ†๏ธ this for an election with "no internet" connection.

Hence why I changed a word in my DEEP STATE report to say "network" connection - these clowns like to play "gotcha" with these terms.

The internet is ONE network connection, out of many.

Also, they need the internet (or another closed network of some kind) for the ePoll books, so never be gaslit again.

Did anyone here vote for US District 26?

Reporting 0 votes for this race across the board.

Update: Elections Staff have attempted to assure me that these are unofficial results, which obviously makes no sense, but she is just telling me what she was initially told.

Unofficial results should still all be reported, they have all of the totals ON election night. Digitally, which is how they report these. We vote Countywide so it's not like they are waiting for one area's ballots or drives to arrive. "Unofficial" simply means they haven't canvassed, but all totals from early voting and election day should be in. Maybe there's a reason.

She is attempting to get Clint or Troy to look at this and give me an answer.

Update #2:
Election Staff have told me that there is only ONE registered voter for that district in Tarrant County, so if they didn't vote then there will be no results.

I'm waiting for a call back from Troy, but that's pretty wild lol.

It's actually ok, there weren't any issues, just took a while bc they haven't done it in a while.

Be nice if ppl's concerns were taken more seriously and they had more help, rather than laughing at them for being slow. They took action, we should be proud and we should also take action.

But if anyone has any better ideas, let's get them funded and staffed.

Good job, Gillespie County GOP!!

3.1. Overview: When a new VVSG iteration is adopted by the EACโ€™s Commissioners, migration to the
new standard is a necessary process for the Testing and Certification Program. Manufacturers
submitting new systems must submit them to the most recently adopted VVSG version that is
ready to be used for testing. However, systems certified to previous VVSG versions will still be
able to receive critical updates
โฌ†๏ธโฌ†๏ธโฌ†๏ธ just found this, from last summer.

This EAC advisory shows how they intend to change what is authorized in US elections without oversight of the Legislature, and this is what you Secretary of State is hiding behind when we question procedures they've implemented in your state's elections.

If the EAC authorizes a certain procedure or product for use in US elections, and your SOS immediately implements it, without the legislature reviewing and approving it... we have no way knowing IF it will affect our ability to AUDIT and trust our elections - until AFTER it happens and AFTER the damage is done.

This is unacceptable. This will be changed thru an act of congress.

My other latest report.

Read what a canvass is supposed to be, and what party rights are in ordering a hand-counted post-election canvass in order to certify those damned results.

Especially considering the above certification concern.
๐Ÿ”ฅ5
They began using that server in Dallas in 2019.

The Dallas 2020 Election was tabulated and reported from a server that is still unable to be lawfully verified, let alone certified for use in Texas Elections. Is that correct, Heider? Christina?

Madness.
๐Ÿคฏ11๐Ÿ”ฅ1
Also, Christina and Heider, the Party's rights to conduct their own primaries supercede other election code.

When the Party's chairs demand separate ballot boxes, you don't get to argue. You're not in a position to negotiate. Neither of you.

You sign the contract, or you refuse and meet the party in court.

The party is not acting outside of the Law, there is an entire CHAPTER for how party primaries are to be conducted, and it's the Party's responsibility, oversight.

Heider, you're capped at charging the parties more than $5/machine. That's where you come in. When you're presented with a lawful party primary contract - in your role as a public employee - you sign it. You don't argue. That's not your place.

To the point that there "aren't enough machines" Heider, that's a YOU problem.

If you'd EITHER:
1.) Order more machines so you might comply with ALL of the laws, not just the ones you like.
-OR-
2.) Balance your Election Day/ Early Vote Machines more equally so that you have enough machines to give parties SEPARATE BALLOT BOXES for their PRIMARY ELECTIONS.

That'd be greeeaaat...

And Jennifer Hadju, don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Thank you for your service. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

I wish I could tell yall about some of my work, but any time I do go public with a group I'm working with, myself and that group get a lot of drama sent their way, from a certain source, which spreads gossip and rumors like wildfire.

So I can only release the work I've done independently, until the day comes when the sources (there are several nodes) of drama are finally dismissed from the meaningful work we are doing.

But I'll post about any upcoming events I'll be at and we can discuss in person what yall can help us out with.
