This initiative is not the answer. The fix HAS to be in the Legislature.

Heritage Foundation has totally missed the point.

The Legislature MUST take back their PLENARY power to create binding laws and enforce them even within executive agencies meant to execute the will of the Legislature.

Simply replacing unelected bureaucrats with YOUR unelected bureaucrats WONT fix the issue.

You can't just change out the players in the executive branch, and we do NOT need more political appointees who think they are there to do the will of the president, ESPECIALLY those positions heading agencies CREATED BY the legislature to enforce the LAWS OF THE LAND.

I'd think Heritage would have caught that around the same time I did.

What do you think the executive branch administers?

The Law of the Land. That's the Constitution and Statutes in adherence to the Constitution.

Who writes those laws? The President? No, thats why I literally reviewed the roles of each branch in this video. It's not that complicated.

The legislature writes the laws, the executive branch enforces them unless unconstitutional, then POTUS can veto if he feels necessary.

This is elementary stuff.

There no mucking up the chain of command, executive branch agencies created by the legislature should be bound to the will of a DULY ELECTED Legislature. That's a Representative Republic. Otherwise we have what we are now, an Administrative DEEP State - in direct contrast to a Republic.

Please don't be convinced that the executive branch has unchecked power just because you want to get the democrats back for what they've done.

No hate on Heritage, I just fundamentally disagree with how they suggest dealing with the Deep State.
