Issue in recent days:
Some of you may have "can't see my tokens" issues these days, and we already noticed that.
Primiarily, we think they migrated tokens before and there is one more account need to be migrated back. We will check the data right now and see if other guys have the same problem. If they encountered this problem, it will show in our database.
These issue will be solved within 2-3 days.

Update of problem solving progress:
1. For those who can't see their staked amount, now it is solved already. Please try ctrl+f5 (refresh) and see if it works.
2. For those who can't unstake, the reason is that holders previously migrated auxiliary tokens Sypool minted for them, there is one more account needs to be migrated back, Sypool will find these accounts for them cuz it's a bit hard to find the right source account and destination account. If they transfer tokens to the wrong account, they might have locked their staked SYP in pools forever.
The new instruction will be announced in 1-2 days.

First, letβs figure out how our program works. Sypoolβs staking problem is fully decentralized, the program will create vaults and tokens which are controlled only by stakers for every staking, so you might have multiple accounts. Pls do not transfer these tokens or migrate them or the program couldnβt identify your staked amount. Actually, migration is a bit dangerous just as Sollet warns: This action may break apps that depend on your existing token accounts.
Second, letβs review what happened after users migrated tokens on Raydium and how we fixed it. In short, they couldnβt see their staked account, because their vaults tokens were not in the right accounts. Fortunately, the problem was solved quickly. Thanks to Raydium team, they have excluded these tokens from the migration program. Since then, no users encounter this problem anymore. We have thousands of stakers now, about 30 might have that problem.
The solution is to migrate back two vault tokens. We have already found the right accounts through the token details on Solana Explorer for those who filled out the form and posted instructions.

4. follow the instruction to enter Source account, Destination account and amount
5. click "transfer tokens"
6. Your wallet pops up, connect and approve the transaction (only sollet web is supported)
