My first guests were Nikita Volynets and Olha Riabykh, and it was really cool to play the roles of hiring manager and bar raiser, while providing valuable feedback to my guests.
For input I take Job description and Resume, in couple minutes I know the game plan and 🔥
With hundreds of interviews I've conducted for Amazon and Microsoft, along with hundreds of my own personal interviews across North America and Europe, it was a really cool experience and hopefully helpful for everyone who watched the stream on Discord. I need to spend some time solving the technical parts of the stream and maybe attach OBS to see the video stream from Discord and my other camera.
