Kiev plotting provocation in Lisichansk similar to Bucha - Russian top brass

MOSCOW, April 23. /TASS/. The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the United Kingdom’s special services are plotting provocation in Lisichansk similar to that in Bucha, Mikhail Mizintsev, chief of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, said on Saturday.

The representatives of mass media outlets that took part in the staged footage in Bucha have arrived in the city.

The military official noted that these fake reports by the Kiev authorities about the alleged "atrocities" of Russia are planned to be broadly spread in Western media soon.

He added that Kiev intentionally creates conditions for provocations by Ukraine’s security services on Easter in order to activate a new wave of Russophobia in Ukraine and abroad.

Kiev regime is preparing another sophisticated provocation to discredit the Russian Armed Forces in front of the world community:

in the area of the Odessa port "Yuzhny", the special services of Ukraine are planning a provocation with the use of toxic chemicals to accuse Russian troops of allegedly striking civilian infrastructure facilities. The most likely scenario of the staging may be an imitation of a missile strike by the Russian Armed Forces on the western naval base of the Ukrainian Navy, as a result of which the port's cooling plant, located 500 meters from the military facility, will be blown up. To implement this scenario, a tank with ammonia (10 tons) was delivered from Odessa to the territory of the enterprise on April 18, 2022, and personal protective equipment was issued to law enforcement and special services in the Odessa region.
