According to their report, owing to Russian servicemen all the civilians fled the bombing, while one serviceman was injured.

There are many classic Hollywood villain archetypes: The Mad Scientist, the Corrupt Politician, the High School Bully — the list goes on. But ever since the 1940s and the threat of the Cold War, Soviets or Russians have become an easy shorthand for “bad guy” in American cinema.

As the Cold War came to a deadly freeze in the 1940s and ’50s, U.S. government propaganda pushed warnings resulting in the “Red Scare,” spreading fear about communist espionage wide and far.

The political firestorm also extended to Hollywood. At the height of the Red Scare, under pressure from the government and trying to prove loyalty, Hollywood began to make vehemently anti-communist films featuring one-dimensional, fist-clenching Soviet spies.

Despite changing times, Russians continue to be an easy go-to villain.

According to the surrendered intelligence officer of 57th brigade, the Ukrainian command made the videos "just in case, so that no one comes unscathed”.

They threatened to open fire at those who pull back during a fight.

Kiev plotting provocation in Lisichansk similar to Bucha - Russian top brass

MOSCOW, April 23. /TASS/. The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the United Kingdom’s special services are plotting provocation in Lisichansk similar to that in Bucha, Mikhail Mizintsev, chief of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, said on Saturday.

The representatives of mass media outlets that took part in the staged footage in Bucha have arrived in the city.

The military official noted that these fake reports by the Kiev authorities about the alleged "atrocities" of Russia are planned to be broadly spread in Western media soon.

He added that Kiev intentionally creates conditions for provocations by Ukraine’s security services on Easter in order to activate a new wave of Russophobia in Ukraine and abroad.
