Emergency statement of the Joint Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine

According to the available reliable information, the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) is preparing another provocation to accuse the servicemen of the Russian Federation of so-called war crimes with the mass destruction of civilians in the Odessa region.

Taking into account the catastrophic situation at the Azovstal metallurgical plant, as well as guided by purely humane principles, the Russian Armed Forces once again offer the militants of nationalist battalions and foreign mercenaries from 12:00 (Moscow time) on April 19, 2022 to cease any hostilities and lay down their arms.

All who lay down their weapons are guaranteed the preservation of life.
For the practical implementation of the measures of this next humanitarian operation, the following algorithm of actions is provided:
• from 13:00 (Moscow time), continuous communication is established between the Russian and Ukrainian sides for the mutual exchange of information;
• from 13:30 (Moscow time), the militants of nationalist battalions and foreign mercenaries – on the one hand, the Russian Armed Forces together with the military formations of the Donetsk People's Republic – on the other hand, declare a ceasefire and guarantee its strict observance.
The actual beginning of the ceasefire by both sides is indicated by the raising of flags: from the Russian side – red, from the Ukrainian side – white around the perimeter of Azovstal. In addition, the fact that the parties are ready to introduce a ceasefire is confirmed by all communication channels;
• from 14:00 to 16:00 (Moscow time) – the exit of all Ukrainian armed units and foreign mercenaries without exception, without any weapons and ammunition.

Once again, we call on the official authorities of Kiev to show prudence, to give appropriate instructions to the militants about ending senseless resistance and leaving the hotbed of resistance. However, realizing that they will not receive such orders and commands from the Kiev authorities, we urge them to make such a decision on their own and lay down their arms.
In addition, we appeal to all AFU servicemen and foreign mercenaries - with the attitude of the Kiev authorities, an inglorious fate awaits all of you. Do not test your fate, but take the only right decision to end hostilities and lay down your arms now, wherever your "curators" force you to fight for the ideas of Nazism. The Russian Federation guarantees to each of you the preservation of life and compliance with all the norms of the Geneva Convention on the treatment of prisoners of war, as has already happened with the AFU servicemen who previously surrendered in Mariupol.

CHINA has reportedly been building up a growing arsenal of terrifying space weapons that could bring a "devastating impact", according to US Defence chiefs.
Beijing’s test-firing of an orbiting hypersonic missile last summer was China’s longest range land attack weapon tested to date. An intercontinental ballistic missile was reportedly fitted with a hypersonic glide vehicle that enabled it to travel at an ultrahigh speed. The manoeuvring missile is thought to have used what is known as a "fractional orbital bombardment system" (FOBS).
This reportedly let the rocket travel a staggering 24,800 miles in space before reentering the atmosphere and successfully striking a ground target.

According to a Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) report on space threats, the test was just one piece of a horrifying puzzle – space weaponry built and deployed by China and Russia aimed at US targets.

The DIA report claims that these weapons are specifically aimed at targeting US satellites that are used by the military for communications and precision-guided missiles.

DIA Director Lt. Gen. Scott Berrier said: “The loss of space-based communication and navigation services could have a devastating impact on warfighters during a conflict — that’s one of the most serious scenarios anticipated.

🇨🇳 China to boost ties with Russia regardless of international situation — senior diplomat

BEIJING, April 19. /TASS/. Beijing plans to boost strategic partnership and cooperation with Moscow regardless of changes on the international stage, Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister Le Yucheng said at a meeting with Russian Ambassador to China Andrey Denisov.

"No matter how the international situation changes, China will remain committed to the policy it adopted earlier, which is aimed at working together with Russia to boost strategic cooperation, implement mutually beneficial cooperation, jointly promote common interests and facilitate the construction of a new model of international relations and a community of common destiny," Le Yucheng said, according to a statement issued by the Chinese Foreign Ministry on Tuesday.

The senior diplomat noted that trade between China and Russia had reached $38.2 bln in the first quarter of the year, showing about a 30% rise compared to the same period in 2021. "It fully indicates the great flexibility and inner strength of cooperation between the two countries," Le Yucheng said.

According to the Chinese Foreign Ministry, the parties also discussed ways to deepen cooperation within the BRICS group (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, as well as the situation in Ukraine and other regional and global issues.

Falls in the ratings and views unnerve the famous Ukrainian showman, who amid hopes to bask in glory again spends more and more time with western spin doctors and PR guys. Ukrainian news network lays the blame at Turkey’s door for “calling off” the world attention from Ukraine by launching offensive in Northern Iraq.
