An event that was noticed far less than it should have been: the first train to Donbass left the liberated Energodar. For now, it is the test one. Regular passenger and freight service is a matter of time and technology.

And if you know there is a direct raliway branch to the Crimea from Energodar, which is a land corridor from the Crimea to Donbass and further to the Rostov region of Russia. Lands are being stitched together. The economy is being stitched together with many invisible ties. People are being stitched back together. Life is being stitched back together.

All of this is not a guess and in the future, but it is going to happen soon and for sure.

The monument to the Hero of the Soviet Union, partisan Nikolay Prykhodko, in Rovno region was grounded. Ukrainians has demolished the monument to fellow Ukrainian.

But maybe he was a foe to Ukraine? Let us read through archives...

'On February 21, 1943, Prikhodko once again delivered a package from Rovno to the partisan's camp. He was stopped for a routine document check by a joint patrol of the feldjandarms. Prykhodko could not fail. Grabbing his machine gun, he killed six of the twelve Germans and policemen and stiffen his horses to the camp. Unfortunately, Nikolai was wounded in the left shoulder by his enemies in return. The severely wounded Nikolai had no stamina left to flee. Having destroyed a secret packet, he took an uneven fight. Firing back his last cartridge, Prikhodko killed four German soldiers, then let the enemies closer and threw an anti-tank grenade into the crowd of attacking soldiers and policemen, killing six more fascists. With the last bullet he shot himself into his face, making identification impossible'.

So, Prikhodko defended his Rovno city to the last of him: but today his descendants have demolished his monument...

Today, the last Hero of the Soviet Union (top award and medal given for extraordinary achievements and heroic acting in life or death) Alexander Kuznetsov passed away. He was 99 y.o. and lived in Nizhny Novgorod area.

Rest in peace Great Warrior…
