In the past two weeks, the country has faced one of the darkest moments in its history.
Unarmed people took to the streets to reclaim their right to live and to call for freedom. The Islamic Republic answered with bullets, mass killings, blackouts, and terror.
Communication was cut โ€”Internet, phones, newsโ€”so crimes could be committed in silence.

Military weapons were used. Thousands were killed within hours.๐Ÿ–คHospitals were attacked.๐Ÿ’” Mass arrests followed.

This is not only Iranโ€™s pain.
โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน
When such crimes go unanswered, violence becomes normal and it spreads.

Do not be silent.
Silence is not neutrality; it is complicity.


Stand with the people of Iran.

As an Iranian, over the past days I have witnessed heartbreaking violence and brutality against my people.๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ–ค

The grief and sorrow have deeply affected many of us.

Itโ€™s natural if your focus is low, your motivation is gone, and studying feels almost impossible.
If youโ€™re a student, you know how hard it is to concentrate under this emotional weight.๐Ÿฅฒ
But at the same time, exams and deadlines donโ€™t pause..

So instead of staying stuck in this cycle of depression and anxiety, Iโ€™ve decided to start a small but serious step forward:

๐Ÿ”ป 3-Day Study Challenge ๐Ÿ”ป

๐Ÿ“Œ Challenge plan:
โ–ช๏ธ 50-minute Pomodoro sessions
โ–ช๏ธ From 8 AM to 10 PM (GMT+3:30)
โ–ช๏ธ For 3 days only


โ–ช๏ธWhy 50 minutes?
Because longer sessions feel overwhelming right now, and we donโ€™t want to burn out from the start.

โ–ช๏ธWhy 3 days?
Because the goal for now is simply to begin , not to be perfect.
If it works well, weโ€™ll renew it every three days.
