I overslept today and couldn’t start at 8 a.m.πŸ₯²
Still, I studied for 482 minutes and reached about 60% of my plan.. and honestly, I’m okay with that.😎

I’m not trying to push harder every day or compete with yesterday.
I just want to keep the rhythm and listen to my energy.
These are heavy days, and showing up even imperfectly , still matters!

Day 3 of the challenge is Done! 🀍

Today I studied for 475 minutes
It was a bit less than yesterday(only 10 minutes) , but we agreed not to compare days ,OK?!
The main goal is to keep the rhythm and work on discipline.✌️
I also needed to spend time revising a paper and submitting it to a journal,
which took part of my day.
Honestly, I noticed something about myself today:
when I was in study rooms lonely
I was less strict with myself and ended those sessions earlier.πŸ‘€
I know this is something I need to work on.
Still, I’m glad that even with other responsibilities,
my study rhythm didn’t completely break.
