Monday doesn't win around here. Outperform the day
Are you slacking off right now, or staying diciplined? It's real easy to just give in and be weak just this once, but that's not why we're here. We're eating cleaner, getting stronger, faster, and smarter. Get back to work!
When you step outside your comfort zone, you force your mind to expand. That's where excuses run and hide and that's where we shine.
You owe it to yourself to continually improve every day. Don't let wageslaving keep you from your goals. Keep a mindset to outperform everyone around you, and take ownership of everything that comes your way.
Hard work is the only way to get where you want to be. It's plastered on my hardhat as a reminder every time I put it on. Hard work and daily dicipline will set you free.

There was a time when the average American man was something special. Always ready for a challenge, never one to take the easy way out.

Now the average American man is nothing more but a vapid consumer, addicted to sugar, antidepressants, and hard-core porn.

Sadly this bleeds into our gyms and has created an entire subculture of whiney gym rats that will never progess beyond doing light cardio 4 times a week. So many excuses not to lift, mainly boiling down to its too hard.

This is why it's so important to not take shortcuts, or try and take the easy way out. Any moment of weakness brings you down to their level. Stay strong Kings.
Secure an Existence

All the work we put in, isn't just so we can post physique and oppressive memes. The real goal of all this is to raise the next generations to be stronger and better prepared to ride the tiger than what we were handed.

If you're not actively trying to better yourself, looking for a worthy mate, and having enough children to fit in a small bus, then it's all for show.

Great video on the age old "don't lift with your back" adage.

This sums up my feeling towards this for awhile now. Our bodies are mechanically complex machines which can adapt and leverage certain mechanisms of action to achieve tasks in unfavorable situations.

This is the same reason why I detest those guys who like to cope with "I don't deadlift bro, don't want to hurt my back bro"

How is strengthening your postural muscles and putting them through a natural range of motion with progressive overload and smart programming a bad thing? How would this lead to extra, undue injury? It simply doesn't and won't (for natural athletes, I'll admit that lifting above what your body is naturally capable of may cause issues with tendons and whatnot down the line).

Having a developed posterior chain, as well as strong abdominals, will protect you far better than any amount of autistic WalMart-tier safety video techniques will.

So quit bellyaching and pick some heavy shit up!

The Way to live. Some very black pilled individuals have told me recently, "fuck you, you can't tell me what to do! I'm not raising a family in this world!" That mentality of going quietly into the night is why no one will remember their name. Have a spine. Act like your ancestors are watching.
The average American man looks like this or worse. Don't let bitch tits tell you what's healthy.
