Fourth: Thorough cleanliness, which requires frequent baths โ€“ cold baths for a tonic, hot baths for cleanliness โ€“ though dry friction with the open hands, brush or towel is also valuable.

Fifth: Right mental attitude; thinking is a powerful factor in maintaining vital health and can be constructive or destructive. The mind can build you up or tear you down.

This stuff has been an absolute life saver for me. If you don't get a lot of fish in your diet, try adding it and seeing if it improves your quality of life.

Cod liver oil has been used by Europeans for centuries to treat a plethora of ailments.

High in Omega 3 fatty acids, it can aid in improving heart + brain health, as well as reducing inflammation. It also contains a small dose of vit D as well as 50% RDA of vit A (great for eyes)
The reason I take cod liver oil, and pay the extra money for grass fed/finished meat and dairy, is largely with the focus of keeping my omega fatty acid ratios in check.

Omega 3's - Animals that eat grass have high levels, found abundantly in fish

Omega 6's - Animals that eat grain have high levels, found abundantly in seed oils (your fast food burger is loaded with these)

Now, I could drone on about this for awhile, but the short of it all is that having skewed omega fatty acid ratios from eating more McDonald's than steak will have a cascading effect of damage in your body. Too much omega 6 causes oxidation that damages cells and increases inflammation. It also takes a toll on cognitive function as well as cardiovascular health. Your overconsumption of goyfeed is literally aging you and wreaking more havoc on you than is revealed at the eye level.

Since winning Worlds Strongest Man in 2017, our guy, Eddie Hall The Beast has lost over 80 lbs while maintaining the majority of his strength gains.

I think this speaks volumes about strength training and nutrition. He basically cut his diet in half from roughly 15,000 calories a day, to around 7000. He's currently maintaining a weight of 355 lbs on 7k calories a day.

So for all of you hard gainers out there, you're not eating enough. If you have the body of 2017 Eddie Hall if may be time to fine tune your diet and do some light cardio.

Men should be strong in all aspects of their life. Why? Because the world seeks to destroy us, our spouse, our children, and our freedom.

Beta males are aimless and complacent. They have no values or morals to stand up for. They seek only self gratification and will destroy civilizations for it.

Your strength training doesn't end after you leave the gym. It carries on in how you handle everything life throws at you; as the constant blows from the world either glance off, or you slowly crumble into dust and become one with that which seeks your destruction.
Cool thing about having strongman equipment at home, is that even if I don't feel like going to the gym, I have absolutely no excuse not to lift weight in some capacity.

If you aren't "feeling it" today - get in there and do one set. Walk on the treadmill for 5 minutes. Now do you want to quit and go home? Hell no! Now get in there and do the fuckin' work.

It's time to cancel that monthly gym membership and invest in a lifetime home gym.

The easiest way to make sure you never miss a day is to bring the gym home. Imagine walking a few steps away to your own gym, with good quality equipment that you take care of. Your music, your style, your home gym space is a reflection of you and what you put into it. "OH but I don't have space.." Arnold used to travel with his weights in his car so he could workout in between workouts. Strapped for cash? Start small, buy used! 90% of my equipment came from out of business gyms and lazy people on the internet. You can still find plates for $1 a pound if you're willing to wire wheel the rust off and give them new life.

As it is now, I've got about $1800 invested in equipment alone in about a years time. That's only $150 a month if you do it right. Make it a priority, make it happen.
I spent years searching for purpose and meaning. If you have religious faith then this purpose, in the context of metaphysics, is spelt out. I felt I needed more than that: purpose or meaning to be found in the world now, purpose in the material, everyday world.

I read countless philosophical works. Stoicism outlined the purpose of life as 'living in accordance with ones nature'. The stoics said that the nature of man was 'reason' and so the purpose of life is to reason.

This was the starting point.

I disagree with the stoics. The nature of man is to exercise one's will. Therefore the purpose of life is to express the will.

This relates to the Nietzschean Superman, specifically the concept of 'self overcoming'.

After this realization I began the application. To exercise will.

This means that I focus on the act and not the result.

As an example, if you have severe depression then do a single pushup each day. Just the one. If you eat too much then don't eat a snack. Just the one. Read a single page of a book. This is the expression of will overcoming the emotions and conditioning. You are not looking for results. The meaning is in the act itself.

Forget about goals. Set yourself small acts. Completing the act is the result in itself.

The acts depend on where you're at emotionally and your circumstances.

Perform a single act of will, a single act of self overcoming every day. It doesn't matter what that act is. It doesn't matter how small or insignificant the act seems.

The purpose is to act. To overcome. I can't emphasise enough the life-changing consequences of using this.

This will give you purpose.
