50 years ago, US public schools actually cared about physical fitness and promoting masculinity. The vast majority of high schoolers in America were straight, white, Chads and Staceys.

Now, public education in the US is nothing but Marxist indoctrination camps. Homeschool your kids.
SACRIFICE is the separator.

No matter how hard you work, you aren’t going to get from where you are to where you want to be without it.

Your time will need to be sacrificed. Your ego will need to be sacrificed. Your wants and what you THINK you need.

Don't eat or drink ANYTHING with added Sugar

Obesity epidemic, solved. Type 2 Diabetes, solved. The 30 year old 500 pound man in a power scooter at Walmart, solved.... Probably...

Of all things that people freak out about, carbs, fat, the wrong kinds of carbs and fat. Organic VS non-organic etc... Sugar should be the most obvious thing to keep out of your diet.

Eat fruits, berries, and other foods that contain NATURAL sugars. You'll be fine!

Other names for sugar to watch out for. High Fructose Corn Syrup. Barley Malt, Dextrose, Maltose, Rice Syrup, etc.... Don't eat it.
Eat the bugs, live in the pod, own nothing, be happy, and....
You know what you need to do.

If you wrote down all the things you need to do tomorrow, and you got up, got after it and did all those things. Imagine how that day would feel. If you did that for an entire week, your life would be on a completely different trajectory. Eat healthy, exercise, take care of the things that you know you need to take care of. In the end...

You KNOW what you NEED to do.

it's been a year since I got my home gym started. A life changing decision to say the least. I have changed and grown in ways I didn't expect.

At home, my boys exercise together even when I'm not home. They look like young men looked back in 30s and 40s. At work, people are paying attention to their diets and picking up weights, some for the first time in their lives.

By being Disciplined, unwavering in your campaign to be the best possible version of yourself, that mentality transfers to everyone around you.

Be the change you want to see in everyone around you.
Being FAT is ALL YOUR FAULT.
But that's a good thing because YOU can do something about it. Without taking ownership of the problem, the problem won't get solved.
Your children will look back on you and have this image. How they reflect on you as a Father will determine how they will be as Fathers in the future. One thing that is important to me is to teach self sufficiency. Many lessons can be learned when all you have is your own wit and strength to get through your problems. It's this mindset that made our ancestors great.

The Jew is increasingly trying to make us all reliant upon the system it sets up. It fears free thinking self sufficiency.
I'm trying to get in shape.

I'm trying to eat healthy.

I'm trying to start lifting weights.

I hear this all the time, stop trying and start doing. Every healthy decision you make will grow to the point its all you know.
My 6th son was born tonight. I delivered him right in my living room. I always wonder what kind of men they'll be when I look down on them for the first time.

They'll be explorers, inventors, soldiers, heroes, Fathers, my Sons. Sons of the West.
