The death of small family farms has been a disaster for our people.
This morning one of our does gave birth to a healthy little buck. Last time we lost the baby so we're happy things went well this time.
People used to be more connected to their food. Whether it was coming straight from their farm by their own hands, or a few miles up the road at the neighbors. During those times the mentality was different, people used everything, wasted nothing, and were greatful for what they had.
That mentality has been replaced by soulless cooperations that push rampant, wasteful consumerism that does nothing but lower the quality of our food, and increase prices.
Large scale chemical agriculture is poisoning our soils and our water, and weakening our communities. By buying direct from a family farm, or starting your own, you can help put a stop to this.
Remember, they want you sick, fat, and weak, so they can profit off of that too.
