Personally, hitting log press in my yard after working outside all day, when it's 95Β° and 90% humidity, absolutely pouring sweat, feels better than any gym workout. There's just something about going above and beyond, defying the efforts of nature to MOGG you, that makes a guy feel good.
Additionally, going for a hike, hopping in a canoe, or whatever, and leaving your phone in the car is amazing for ones mental well-being. When's the last time you sat on a stump and just listened for 5 minutes? No emails. No work bs. Just you and nature.
