If you aren't fasting, you're missing out.

Lately I've been doing alternate day fasts during my cut - I eat at matinence one day and fast the next. This is to minimize muscle wasting and continue to give me the possibility to make modest strength gains.

Not only does fasting instill discipline within oneself, but it comes with an array of health benefits.

Every so often I do an extended fast for longitivity reasons - usually about 72-100 hours.

Look into it some time and give it a shot.
In honor of reaching the magic subscriber count, we are reminded to pick up the swords of our ancestors. Though they may have been lost for several generations, we are once again raising them to the heavens.

A good sword should be hard enough to hold an edge, as we too should harden ourselves to the world around us.

It should be strong and flexible enough to absorb massive blows, as we too train our bodies for battle.

Finally it should be well balanced, as we must balance ourselves to be both ready to fight, and lay down foundations for the future.

In the gym at 3am this morning before a 14 hour day at work and cardio after.

I'm sure this was meant as an anti-white piece of journalist excellence, but "Yes".

Get outside you fucking goober. You're afraid of suffering and that's why you won't make it.

Personally, hitting log press in my yard after working outside all day, when it's 95ยฐ and 90% humidity, absolutely pouring sweat, feels better than any gym workout. There's just something about going above and beyond, defying the efforts of nature to MOGG you, that makes a guy feel good.

Additionally, going for a hike, hopping in a canoe, or whatever, and leaving your phone in the car is amazing for ones mental well-being. When's the last time you sat on a stump and just listened for 5 minutes? No emails. No work bs. Just you and nature.

I'll take an hour outdoors over antidepressants 10/10 times.
