You want to know what vaccine really works to prevent the flu?

Ample time spent in the sun.

Daily exercise.

Eat healthy - more meat, more dairy, more eggs, more veg. Less sugar and goy feed.

Socialize. Our immune systems are strengthened by the biological synergism with the foreign microbiomes of others.

Eat garlic, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, get an ample amount of omega 3 fatty acids, and take 500mg of vitamin C with breakfast.

How people think the above is less effective than some chemical cocktail baffles me.
My political ideology is

A) Own a gun
B) Grow your own food
C) Live in the woods
Right now somone who "doesn't have time to workout" just spent an hour on their phone.

Unplug and get after it!
Do heavy squat stand-ups.

Warm up to about 90% of your max but don’t squat this weight. Unrack it and hold it for 10 seconds then put it back down. Continue to add 5-10% for each set and up to 20% over your 1RM. Be conservative if it’s your first time trying this.
This is a way to overload your squats, which will allow your body to recognize and adapt to heavier weights beyond your current capabilities. It stimulates your nervous system and makes you feel more comfortable with heavy weight on your back. Once you become more comfortable with these overloads, your current 1RM is going to feel a lot less taxing.
β€œIt is the inferior that need the superior, not the other way around.”
Don’t be that guy with a big upper body and a small lower body. Squat till you can’t squat anymore. Having strong legs will take you farther than any other lift. Be a man and throw some weight on that bar and S Q U A T!
Don't buy into the false promises of the supplement industry. Your hard earned goy bucks are far better used for training equipment, whole foods, and individually sourced vitamins that will go further than "proprietary blends" that probably give you too much or too little of what you actually need.
"Solitude should not be a burden, something that is suffered, that is borne involuntarily, or in which refuge is taken by force of circumstances, but rather, a natural, simple, and free disposition. In a text [Suttanipāta] we read: β€˜Solitude is called wisdom, he who is alone will find that he is happy’."

- Julius Evola, The Doctrine of Awakening.
Hit the gym hard after a ten hour shift in the beating sun, now refueling with some steak and protein.

The only thing stopping you from being a better you, is YOU
We either make ourselves miserable, or we make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same.
β€œGet up, again, they say; wrestle again until you’ve made yourself strong... For both ruin and salvation have their source within you.”

You think those way before us needed all those fancy machines to work each muscle group? Zero excuses. Pick up the dumbbells or grab that barbell and put some plates on it and GET TO WORK.
