The Way to live. Some very black pilled individuals have told me recently, "fuck you, you can't tell me what to do! I'm not raising a family in this world!" That mentality of going quietly into the night is why no one will remember their name. Have a spine. Act like your ancestors are watching.

I'm about as lilly white as it gets, and yet I'm a staunch advocate in opposition to sunblock.

Dress appropriately in the sun to avoid cooking alive. Long sleeve white or neon shirts (uv resistant fishing shirts are great) will keep the sun off your skin and you stay cooler than if you wear a short sleeve tee. I've gone through summers landscaping and working my own property in 100Β° weather just fine like this.

A sun hat is a must.

Pull up your sleeves or go shirtless once an hour to get that good vitamin D.

If absolutely necessary, use a ZINC ONLY sunblock. This has no harmful, sterilizing chemicals in it, and simply acts as a physical barrier to protect your skin. This is where you get that classic "white smear on the lifeguard's nose" look from old movies.

Fuck sunblock, me and all the homies hate sunblock.
I recently obtained a load of pictures from the life of my father n law, who was the absolute embodiment of American man.
He was a diver, pilot, demolition expert, homesteader in some of the toughest country in the States, and so much more that there's not enough time.
This fire has been all but lost. Replaced by mediocre lifestyles plugged into some degenerate electronic box.

Do heavy squat stand-ups.

Warm up to about 90% of your max but don’t squat this weight. Unrack it and hold it for 10 seconds then put it back down. Continue to add 5-10% for each set and up to 20% over your 1RM. Be conservative if it’s your first time trying this.
This is a way to overload your squats, which will allow your body to recognize and adapt to heavier weights beyond your current capabilities. It stimulates your nervous system and makes you feel more comfortable with heavy weight on your back. Once you become more comfortable with these overloads, your current 1RM is going to feel a lot less taxing.

Don't buy into the false promises of the supplement industry. Your hard earned goy bucks are far better used for training equipment, whole foods, and individually sourced vitamins that will go further than "proprietary blends" that probably give you too much or too little of what you actually need.
