Yesterday’s task in Notcoin caused quite a stir, and unfortunately, not all participants were able to complete it due to the technical load on Storm Trade.

We understand how important it is for you to participate in the pool and earn rewards, especially for platinum-level holders, the highest status in the Notcoin ecosystem.

🤝 In response, together with the Notcoin team, we’re announcing several measures to improve the situation and restore your trust:

1️⃣ We will compensate for losses caused by technical issues, including a full refund of funds and fees for unexecuted (Expired) orders.

2️⃣ The wallets of everyone who tried to participate in the pool but couldn’t open a position on Storm Trade due to technical reasons will be added to the Notcoin database as having completed the pool.

3️⃣ We will allocate an additional pool in NOT to reward all participants, even those whose attempts to open positions were unsuccessful.

It will take a few days to collect all the information and distribute the well-deserved rewards.
