Santa Barbara City College is still considering whether to mandate vaccines.  Please contact the board members and ask them to protect the right to choose whether or not to take the risk of vaccination for a disease that has effective treatments and a very high survival rate. Cal/OSHA will decide on Thursday the mandates for Covid safety in the workplace. They will most likely align with the CDC guidelines and that would not be in affect until June 28 because of process. Governor Newsom is expected to write an EO to make it in affect sooner.

What we want to make clear to the board is the choice between wearing a mask or getting the experimental vaccine should not be a requirement for work. We are no longer in an emergency, there are effective treatments and vaccines, the consequences of mandates are incalculable.

This is the Board everyone blames for the mandates. They must hear from us.

We all have different perspectives on the homeless crisis in our city.
For business owners it can be life and death.

Stand Up Santa Barbara is an action group that supports local businesses and they need our help more than ever. Local business owners are ignored by elected officials most likely because they are a small voting group.

Millions of tax dollars are spent to stop homelessness in Santa Barbara County but it seems to result in the opposite effect. Over 200 organizations are currently involved in this enterprise in our county. Our community is compassionate and many of us volunteer time and donate money in addition to the programs paid by our taxes.

The approach to this crisis can be compassionate but the lawlessness needs to be addressed. We need our city councils to act and our police to enforce the laws we already have in place.

Businesses are robbed and have employees and customers harassed and assaulted regularly. Many have lost hope in our leaders to solve this issue. They need our voices.

AFLDS needs Plaintiffs!

AFLDS is looking for PATIENTS REFUSED HCQ or IVERMECTION from the pharmacy after their Dr. wrote the script. Especially in states where the boards and government didn't put out restrictions.

Also.. any PHARMACISTS that have witnessed, lost their jobs, left their jobs because of this, and DOCTORS who ran into this problem with the pharmacies.

Digital vaccine passports of any kind are discriminatory against those based on their medical status, religious beliefs and more. Requiring a vaccine as a condition to participate in society is unlawful, immoral, unethical and unthinkable.
Private businesses are NOT above the law and they are PROHIBITED from implementing any such verification program as a condition of doing business.
We demand this board:
a. Publicly state its opposition to the vaccine passport;
b. Put businesses on notice that they will be held liable for any discrimination of the public based on vaccine status.

37100 states that NO county, municipality or legislative body may pass or enforce a law that violates the laws of this state or the laws of the United States.
💥California Health and Safety code 101080 states that a local health emergency can only be called where there is an ‘IMMINENT AND PROXIMATE THREAT of the INTRODUCTION of a contagious disease...” and this local health emergency EXPIRES AFTER SEVEN DAYS.
There is no imminent and proximate threat of an introduction of a contagious disease.
Requiring a Covid vaccine (which is a medical experiment) as a condition to participate in society is UNLAWFUL COERCION according to CA law. California Laws PROHIBIT this:

All persons within the jurisdiction of this state are free and equal, and no matter what their sex, race, color, ancestry, national origin, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship, primary language, immigration status, religion, disability, medical condition, are entitled to the full and equal accommodations, advantages, facilities, privileges, or services in all business establishments of every kind whatsoever.

💥24171: The Legislature hereby finds and declares ... the right of individuals to determine what is
done to their own bodies.
💥24172: This is the “experimental subject’s bill of rights,” and states that individuals...
(j) Be given the opportunity to decide to consent or not to consent to a medical experiment without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, coercion, or undue influence on the subject’s decision.
