Bonus Email Issue
Earlier today, an email containing an incorrect bonus amount was mistakenly sent to over 20 million customers. This email was only intended for a small subset of users and was sent in error due to an issue with our email service.
Once identified, we quickly issued a follow-up message to all affected customers clarifying that the email was sent in error.
As a result of this issue, this Saturday’s weekly bonus will be increased.
Please refrain from contacting support regarding this matter, as they will be unable to provide assistance.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused 🙏
