Losing is a natural part of trading and sometimes it can feel hard on your stomach but this is the game we play. As easy as it is to multiply your net worth it is also easy to lose it.

You got to hone your edge. During times like this you aren’t suppose to be full porting and betting more. It’s time to bet less.

Knowing when to bet high or less is what separates a good trader. Many poker players know this and this is why a lot of them do well in trading.

Take a step back and don’t be mad about the losses. Most importantly don’t gamble more and full port to make back what you lost. Now is the time hone your skills and build better information streams / group chats for trading.

IMO, some people talk a lot of shit on alpha chats and paid groups but some are actually good. I’d spend a little money on coaching or finding a good edge instead of losing an extra 1k on a trade.

Stay strong friends. I know too well the feeling of overtrading and losing it all. Just know you can come back but not by betting more. Invest smart and wait for your timing like a good fisher.
