Sometimes investing in good teams is tough. I remember in 2021 cycle, I was one of the few people bullish on $rgt. I started buying it at 1.2$ and then it dumped all the way to 40 cents before going to 20$. It took sometime and some people got better entry but good teams tend to give you a second chance more often than none.

There are some memecoins and low caps that you can accumulate. dca into them to minimize loss and also set your time frames on investments.

Focus on yourself as a trader. Ignore the noise around you. Who cares about who makes $1-2m. At the end of the day, that wasn't you.

I see so many people stay glued onto their phones just watching other people's lives. From IG watching their favorite fitness influencer or some random food influencer. If there content doesn't help you become a better person, doesn't change your mental, doesn't help you become more educated or aware, then be conscious you are wasting your time.

If you are consuming that content, understand the poison it leaves in your head when you are digesting it too long. It's like alcohol. It creates a facade of the difficulties of life.

Turn off the noise and put on the blinders.

So what should you do?

Assess every trade on a day to day basis. Look at your coin list and see if you are still comfortable holding or not. Basket your trades from short term to long term. Understand ups and downs happen based on the time frames of the trades you made. Live with less contempt while trading, understand its a personal battle everyday. You are on your own journey. Your mistakes are your own and nobody is here to save you.
