The Snapshot of $SOLPAD for Luna Yield IDO had been taken at 2AM UTC earlier today.
To guarantee the benefit and allocations for all of the $SOLPAD Tiers holders, while avoiding the chances that some holders got guaranteed allocations but didn’t participate, the pool now will have min-max allocations for Tiers holders.
More specific, all tiers will now have a minimum allocation of $50, while maximum allocation will be listed as below:
Whale Tiers Maximum allocation per individual: $400
Shark Tiers Maximum allocation per individual: $350
Crab Tiers Maximum allocation per individual: $200
Shrimp Tiers Maximum allocation per individual: $150
Seaweed Maximum allocation individual: $100
The pool to purchase $LUNY will be open for 2 hours, or until it is run out (in a first come first serve manner). This solution is one of our efforts to secure our holders’ right to participate in upcoming IDOs. We may adjust it in the future according to investors' and users’ advice.

SolPAD still can't reach Luna Yield Team to figure out what happened. We are trying to find ways to support users and contact some third parties to investigate the problem. Update on the Luna Yield situation:
When we first received the news about Luna Yield rug today, we tried to quickly react to the situation and track down the addresses belonging to the Luna Yield team, along with their IP address, but to no extent. It seems like they already deleted all of their messages, conversation, and information and successfully transferred the funds to Tornado.cash to avoid tracking.
We are still working with relevant parties about the situation and submitting all of the information to exchanges and regulated authorities. It seems like the VCs who backed Luna Yield have no awareness about Luna Yield team/denied their involvement into Luna Yield.
About the compensation plan, although most of Solpad’s users made some nice profits with their tokens price, we understand that some users might not be that lucky. Although we can not get back the lost funds stolen by Luna Yield, we will compensate their IDO buyers on Solpad, based on the remaining allocations of remaining vested Luna Yield tokens. We will refund the rest 60% vested token of the purchased amount for Luna Yield IDO participants. This will be taken out of Solpad Foundation emergency funds. At this period, we are seeking for an understanding of SolPAD community. There will also be changes in the next IDO selection to get the community to be more involved.

After internal discussion within Solpad Foundation, we have finalized the compensation plan for Luna Yield IDO participants. We will sort out the list and directly distributed the compensation into the participant's wallet (the same wallet that joined the IDO on August 16th. We will compensate users in USDC, with a value equal to 60% of the purchased amount.
For example, if user A bought 400 USDC of allocation in the round, he will get 400*60% = 240 USDC, airdrop directly user A wallet.
The distribution will start next week, and we expect it to finish within a few days. Thank you so much for being so patient with us.
