My new single, Pivot & Scrape, is officially out now! The video was directed by the amazing Ben Tan, who did such an incredible job bringing this song to life. I couldnβt have done it without the support of so many awesome people who helped out on this track, and Iβm beyond grateful for everyoneβs hard work. Seriously, thank you so much to everyone who played a part in making this happen!
Iβve poured a lot of myself and my demon into this song, and Iβm really proud of how it turned out. Whether you're into the lyrics, the beat, or just the overall feel of the track, I hope it resonates with you in some way. Itβs been a crazy walk putting this together, and I can't wait to hear what you all think about it.

Iβm super pumped about this new series of Synth History called the Favorite Records Series. I get to be the first one to dive in, and I couldnβt be more stoked. Basically, artists share their top 10-15 favorite albums, and the only rule is at least one has to feature a synth or drum machine somewhere. I picked some good ones that are up on the site now!
Hereβs a little sneak peek:
Peter Ivers - Becoming Peter Ivers: A friend introduced me to his original βIn Heavenβ song, and it totally blew me away. I fell down the rabbit hole, watched all his New Wave Theatre stuff, and was just hooked. His music has this really genuine vibe, and it made me feel super nostalgic the first time I heard it.
Flaming Tunes - Flaming Tunes: This oneβs a big influence on my own music. The beats really inspire me. The whole album feels raw and hauntedβlike a place Iβm weirdly comfortable in.
Kleenex - Liliput: I was obsessed with this album during the first season of Yellowjackets. I felt like my character, Natalie, would totally love this band, so I even used pics of them for the costume designer. Itβs my go-to when I need to get hyped or just need a mood boost.
Sparklehorse - Vivadixiesubmarinetransmissionplot: βWeird Sistersβ is one of my all-time favorite songs. I grew up on this album, so it has a special spot in my heart. Every track is a gem. Love you, Mark Linkous.
Tall Dwarfs - Fork Songs: βThe Slideβ off this album is another favorite. Itβs got that perfect mix of sexy and melancholic. Thereβs just something about 90s indie music from New Zealandβespecially Flying Nun Recordsβthat hits different.
