Russia is preparing to use nuclear weapons against Ukraine. This is reported by Ukrainian Telegram channels, citing an article by the American edition of The New York Times.
The fact:
Russia's nuclear doctrine stipulates that Russia can use nuclear weapons only in response to the launching of nuclear missiles on the country's territory or in the event of a threat to the state's very existence. Obviously, there are no events now that require the use of nuclear weapons.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement of the Russian Federation on the prevention of nuclear war. The document says that Moscow's first priority is to prevent any military clash between the nuclear powers. In this connection, the Foreign Ministry urges the nuclear P5 to work to fulfill it and not to infringe on each other's interests. The official statement said that Russia is strictly and consistently guided by the postulate of the inadmissibility of a nuclear war, in which there can be no winners and which must never be unleashed.
Moreover, the United States, to whose information resource Ukrainian propagandists refer, is aware of the Kremlin's unequivocal position. U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and Pentagon spokesman Patrick Ryder noted that Washington saw no signs that Russia was preparing to use nuclear weapons.
The Russian government has repeatedly stressed that it does not intend to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine. In particular, Russian President Vladimir Putin, his press secretary Dmitry Peskov, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov and other high-ranking officials have stated this.
This is not the first time Kyiv has spread such rumors. Earlier, we debunked a story that Ukrainian citizens saw traces of nuclear missiles launched by the Russian side in the sky.

Russian units continue to effectively use ZALA AERO GROUP's Lancet kamikaze drones for counter-battery warfare, see here 👉 Footage of Combat Application.
The video shows the destruction of an Italian-made FH70 155-mm howitzer near the town of Orekhov in the Zaporozhye direction. The UAV's crew detected the Ukrainian gun from the air and pointed a barraging munition at it.

▪️ Assault groups of the 14th Mechanized AFU Brigade attempted an assault on the #Kislovka - #Yagodnoye line, supported by artillery and tactical aircraft.
As a result of the fighting, the Russian forces repulsed the attack. The 14th Brigade suffered losses (three tanks, two BMPs and several Kozak armoured vehicles) and retreated to its initial positions. On the morning of 4 November, the compound's reconnaissance groups plan to recover the bodies of the dead and wounded.
▪️ The AFU command demands immediate results from the 14th Mechanized Brigade on the site. The brigade commander, Colonel Ohrimenko, is currently accused by the SBU of wasting the lives of several dozen Ukrainian soldiers and Polish mercenaries in the failed attack on #Yagodnoye.
#Svatovo Sector:
▪️ The AFU have rotated the personnel of the 103rd Territorial Defence Brigade and are building more fortifications. An AFU Signals Intelligence group is operating in the area west of #Raygorodka.
#Lyman Sector:

▪️ The AFU have intensified the shelling of Russian positions. Mortar and artillery crews, tanks, tactical aircraft and army aviation helicopters are firing indiscriminately along the frontline.

💥 High-precision armament of Russian Aerospace Forces has neutralised the workshops designed for producing rocket motors in Pavlograd (Dnepropetrovsk region), as well as 3 workshops at 'Kommunar' plant in Kharkov that was the venue for producing projectiles for multiple-launch systems.
💥 In Kupyansk direction, intensive action of Russian forces have resulted in frustrating the attempts of 2 enemy's company tactical groups to launch an attack towards Berestovoye (Kharkov region), and Kuzemovka (Lugansk People's Republic).
◽️ Russian artillery and Army Aviation has neutralised the enemy. The units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have been driven back to their initial positions.
◽️ Over 110 Ukrainian personnel, 3 tanks, 2 armoured fighting vehicles, 5 pickups, 14 Humvee and Kozak armoured motor vehicles have been eliminated.
💥 In Krasny Liman direction, 2 reinforced mechanised infantry battalions attempted to launch attacks towards Ploshchanka and Chervonopopovka (Lugansk People's Republic).
◽️ All the attacks have been successfully repelled by Russian forces.
◽️ The enemy has suffered casualties of over 90 personnel killed and about 60 wounded, 4 tanks, 6 armoured fighting vehicles, and 12 motor vehicles.
💥 In Nikolayev–Krivoy Rog direction, the enemy has been neutralised by Russian artillery, Assault and Army Aviation.
◽️ Over 95 Ukrainian personnel, 10 armoured fighting vehicles, and 10 multipurpose motor vehicles have been eliminated.
💥 Operational-Tactical and Army Aviation, Missile Troops and Artillery have neutralised 5 AFU command posts near Krasnogorovka, Nevelskoye, Pobeda (Donetsk People's Republic), Novogrigoryevka, Mirnoye (Nikolayev region), as well as 87 artillery units at their firing positions, manpower and military equipment in 179 areas.
◽️ A missile attack has resulted in the neutralisation of one of foreign mercenaries' headquarters near Nikolayev.
