The Russian Defense Ministry has released footage of combat operations by Russian airborne troops in the special military operation zone.
An UAV crew spotted an advancing sabotage and reconnaissance group, as well as AFU vehicles, which immediately attacked the airborne troops with artillery and anti-tank missile systems.

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation.
◽️ Russian forces continued launching attacks by high-precision long-range air- and sea-based armament at the military control and energy systems of Ukraine, as well as at the depots of foreign-manufactured ordnance and armament.
◽️ All the assigned targets have been neutralised.
💥 Units of Russian army seized Gorobyovka (Kharkov region) and caused considerable casualties among the units from 1st Operational Brigade of Ukrainian National Guard at Kupyansk direction.
◽️ Moreover, Russian forces have frustrated the attempt of a company tactical group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) reinforced by tanks to launch an attack near Kislovka (Kharkov region).
💥 Fire attack launched at the departing assault groups from 71st Chaser, 80th Airborne Assault and 25th Airborne brigades of the AFU near Stelmakhovka and Rozovka (Lugansk People's Republic), Karpovka and Ivanovka (Donetsk People's Republic) has resulted in the frustration of enemy's attempts to cross Zherebets river.
◽️ 46 Ukrainian personnel, 2 armoured personnel carriers, 6 armoured combat vehicles and 2 pickups with large-calibre machine guns have been eliminated.
💥 AFU units made attempts to break the defence of Russian troops towards Bruskinskoye (Kherson region) at Nikolayev-Krivoy Rog direction.
◽️ Enemy's attack has been repelled. Russian artillery fire attack has resulted in scattering and driving the AFU units back to their initial positions.
◽️ Over 90 Ukrainian personnel, 1 tank, 8 armoured combat vehicles and 21 motor vehicles have been eliminated at the abovementioned direction.
💥 Operational-tactical and army aviation, missile troops and artillery have neutralised a command post of Dnepr joint group of forces of the AFU and a workshop for radar reparation at an entity of Iskra research and production association, as well as 56 artillery units at their firing positions, 132 manpower and military equipment concentration areas.
💥 Within the counterbattery warfare, 2 AFU artillery batteries have been neutralised near Trifonovka and Novonikolayevka (Kherson region), as well as 1 U.S.-manufactured HIMARS MLRS platoon near Drobyshevo (Donetsk People's Republic).
Moreover, 3 munitions depots have been destroyed near Novoivanovka (Nikolayev region), Odnorobovka (Kharkov region) and Krasny Liman (Donetsk People's Republic).
3 AN/TPQ-37 and AN/TPQ-50 counterbattery radars have been destroyed near Artyomovsk, Viyemka and Soledar (Donetsk People's Republic).

▪️Ukraine is already suffering shortages of small arms ammunition on the battlefield - wasting 1,000's of rounds attempting to shoot down a single Russian Geran-2 drone will expend it even faster;
▪️Small arms ammunition might be the only "practical" way to shoot down these drones (however ineffective) for Ukraine at the moment;
▪️However, small arms ammunition will merely down the drone, not destroy it in the air - upon impact it will still cause heavy damage to the surrounding area;

▪️ In the vicinity of #Dvurechnaya, units of the Russian Forces counterattacked units of the 1st Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine and repulsed units of the AFU from #Gorobyevka. The enemy moved to a defensive position on a small bridgehead on the eastern bank of the #Oskol River.

🔎 @Rybar's team continues its daily analysis of the consequences of systemic fire strikes on Ukraine's energy system.
🔻 Confirmed strikes:
▪️ Pridneprovskaya TPP - generation in #Dnipropetrovsk has been significantly reduced: the city of one million is left with only the crumbs that can be transmitted via the 330kV overhead line through the still undamaged substations. A wave of blackouts has hit the city.
The damage is limited. In the near future, the power plant will continue to operate - albeit with reduced generation capacity.
▪️ #Kiev TPP-6 - the power transformer of the generator-transformer unit is probably damaged.
Given that there are only two of them at CHPP-6, the damage caused to the central station is much more serious than in Dnipropetrovsk.
Presumably, the 330/110 kV autotransformer was also destroyed.
▪️ #Zhytomyr 330 kV substation - the 330/110 kV autotransformer was hit. The ability to transmit power to end users from the NPP through the 330kV network was reduced.
A safety mechanism has tripped, as a result of which the entire city of #Zhytomyr lost power. It is likely that tomorrow the substation will be restored and the load will be transferred to the remaining autotransformers, but it is unlikely that fan outages and restrictions will be avoided.
🔻 Probable strikes:
Krivoy Rog and Ivano-Frankovsk were also hit today, but there is no reliable information on the targets of the fire.
🔻 Summing up 9 days of fire strikes we come to the conclusion that the resilience of Ukraine's energy system is falling, with even single strikes on generation and distribution facilities shutting down entire regions.
The east of the country is constantly suffering from power outages even without direct impact on the power facilities located there.
The cumulative effect of the strikes is increasing, and if they continue, Ukraine's unified energy system will cease to exist.

#YURI The defensive battle for Kherson seems inevitable as the enemy concentrates more forces there to attack. There are several lines of defence built, but Yuri recommends all the civilians to leave the right bank of Dnieper, to avoid staying in the way of the military doing its job. The battle expects to be extremely fierce, the battles on the close approaches or even in the city itself, are probable. It may well become the decisive battle of the war.
Calm in Zaporozhye. Battles for Bakhmut continue, as well as in Pervomayskoye near Donetsk. Taking advantage of the Ukrainians withdrawing reserves from the area of Svatovo, another successful tactical counter-attack have been executed by the Russian forces near Kupyansk. In #Kharkov region, artillerymen of the AFU equipped a position for the American M777 howitzer and delivered a large batch of ammunition. As a result of counterbattery measures by Western Group UAV calculations, the position was identified and destroyed by high-precision Krasnopol ammunition.

Night lighting remained only in large cities: #Kiev, Ivano-Frankovsk, #Khmelnitsky, where the nuclear power plant is located, as well as in #Lvov. The rest of the large settlements, including industrial centers - #Zhytomyr, #Vinnitsa, #Kropyvnytsky, Krivoy Rog and #Nikolaev - are practically not illuminated at night.
This suggests that generation facilities in Ukraine are not damaged, but power lines are guaranteed to be out of action.

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation.
💥 In the past 24 hours, the Russian Armed Forces have continued launching attacks by high-precision long-range air- and sea-based armament at the military control and energy systems of Ukraine. All the assigned targets have been neutralised.
💥 The Russian troops delivered a fire strike against units of 14th and 92nd Mechanised Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and foreign mercenaries close to the settlements of Petropavlovka, Peschanoye, and Berestovoye in Kharkov region.
◽️ More than 40 Ukrainian personnel, 4 armoured fighting vehicles, and three pickups were eliminated.

◽️ 2 launching ramps of S-300 Ukrainian air defence system have been destroyed near Kupyansk (Kharkov region) and Novoyelizavetovka (Odessa region).
💥 Within the counterbattery warfare, 2 AFU artillery batteries have been neutralised near Glushovka (Kharkov region), as well as 1 U.S.-manufactured HIMARS MLRS platoon near Drobyshevo (Donetsk People's Republic).
💥 Russian air defence facilities have shot down 1 Su-25 airplane of Ukrainian Air Force near Trifonovka (Kherson region).
◽️ Moreover, 12 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down close to the settlements of Chaikino, Sukhanovo, and Kucherskoye (Kherson region), Novoselovka Staromayorskoye, Lugansk of the Donetsk People’s Republic and Popasnaya (Lugansk People’s Republic).

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation.
💥 In the past 24 hours, the Russian Armed Forces have continued launching attacks by high-precision long-range air- and sea-based armament at the military control and energy systems of Ukraine. All the assigned targets have been neutralised.
