👤Head of Influence Team / Growth Lead (YouTube), Fully remote

About company:
🔸Fundmates.co is a fintech platform for YouTube creators in the USA, where creators raise funds to develop their channels.
🔸We are building a new Growth team whose main task will be to help creators grow on YouTube using various tools — content, services, AI, optimisations, etc.

Responsibilities will be:
🔸Regular data collection and channel audits to identify areas for improvement (using VidIQ, Social Blade and other tools).
🔸Development and implementation of hypotheses to stimulate growth.
🔸Technical analysis of channels, including SEO and AdSense.
🔸Maintaining active contact with creators to achieve success collaboratively.
🔸Goal: Achieve 3-5% growth per month for each creator cohort.

Requirements:
🔸Deep knowledge of YouTube, both in terms of content and technical aspects.
🔸Passion for data analysis and managing YouTube channels.
🔸English proficiency level not lower than B2. Russian as a big plus.
🔸Excellent communication skills.
🔸Work experience in MCN companies as a plus.
