Hi all, starting a specific thread for your thoughts and information on the World Health Organisations latest pandemic agreement. It is a shocking assault on our democracy. Tell me your thoughts/send your information on this thread

Due to flood damage the building my office is in cannot be accessed by my staff or I so we won't be able to man the office phones. Like many others still cleaning up and being re-inundated with floodwaters again it may be weeks before we can regain access.
I've been cutoff from my home since Saturday and hoping to get back soon, have been helping the cleanup in Dayboro, Cashmere, Brendale and Eatons Hill today in the meantime. My thoughts with everyone affected by this disaster that is ongoing in Queensland and spreading south through New South Wales now as well.
If you're able to assist please consider volunteering for the Mud Army or just getting involved wherever you can: https://www.brisbane.qld.gov.au/community-and-safety/community-safety/february-2022-severe-weather-event-council-updates-and-impacts/mud-army-20
In the meantime, please send your enquiries to [email protected] instead of calling our office. Stay safe.

Companies illegally backfilling risk assessments to justify jab mandates.
Workplaces jumped the gun and implemented jab mandates for employees without doing their legally obligated risk assessment. When caught out, some have tried to ‘backfill’ their risk assessment, to make it look like they had done the process properly in the first place.
As the Fair Work Ombudsman has told me, on the face of it this would be fraudulent under Workplace Health and Safety laws.
If you suspect a workplace has backfilled or retrospectively made a risk assessment for a jab mandate after implementing it, you should immediately report them to the Work Health and Safety Regulator in your State.

Services Australia burning $90.7 million for flash riverfront city office
Services Australia is pressing ahead with plans to move to convert 5 suburban offices into one riverfront high-rise office. The fit-out alone will cost taxpayers $89 million. After that, the leasing costs for the high-rise office will be $1.7 million a year more expensive than Service Australia spent on leases for the entire financial year.
How on earth can an extra $91 million cost be justified as ‘value for money’ for taxpayers? I certainly don’t feel like it’s money well spent.

70% of Australian COVID deaths had a pre-existing condition
Recently the Government changed its tune, but you used to be a conspiracy theorist for pointing out there was a difference between dying with COVID or from COVID. Now with the official release of Australian Bureau of Statistics data we have it confirmed just how many of those who died had other contributing factors.
It’s just another tick on the list of things we’ve been saying all along that the Government has tried to deny the truth of.

After being in the Mud Army in 1974, 2011 and a number of other cleanups 2022 was no different for me. This was a the cleanup around St Lucia last week, as you can see our diggers were also in full action.
The community spirit was in full swing everywhere I went in Ipswich, Brisbane, Gympie, Dayboro and Maryborough over the last week. It just shows we can still count on our neighbours and community when it matters.

$2 a litre fuel would cost less than $1.15 without Government taxes.
With the cost of fuel in Australia topping over $2.00 a litre its worth looking at how much Government makes the pain worse.
Government collects GST on all fuel transactions at 10%. While at $2.00 a litre now, the fuel price would only be $1.80 if the Government wasn’t taking GST on it.
The government also charges 44.2 cents a litre in fuel excise, an extra tax on fuel. Without the fuel excise and GST, the current price of fuel would be about $1.36 a litre.
But those are just the direct taxes. The money you use to pay for your fuel, your income, has already been taxed by the Government as well. The median income in Australia is around $50,000 a year. At this rate the government charges an average income tax of 15.4%, so you’ve got less money to pay for your fuel. It’s even more if you earn more
Take away all of these Government taxes and a litre of fuel that costs you $2.00 a litre today should only cost $1.15. The actual tax rate is MUCH higher given the endless amounts of additional tax Government charges throughout the supply chain, this is just a rough and conservative calculation.
I guess it all depends, do you think the Government is spending your money well?

The Murray Darling Basin plan has been a disaster for regional communities. Overwhelming complexity, water being flushed out to sea and bureaucrats thinking they know better than everyone else have caused enormous damage.
Despite the evidence, the government and MDBA refuse to take responsibility for the mess they’ve made.

One Nation will always stand for freedom
One Nation candidates are putting their hands up across the country. Here's a video I filmed at the Convoy to Canberra with three of our candidates all making a stand for freedom in the next election.
If voters change the way they vote, we can change the Parliament and scrap the mandates.

One Nation inspired Election Audits could make next vote the safest in history.
There has been a lot of concern that our upcoming election could be stolen. One Nation and I were also worried about this. Last year One Nation introduced an electoral reform bill which introduced audits of our elections and generally changed our electoral laws to prevent elections being stolen.
The Morrison Government under Minister Morton eventually agreed on the need for our bill and introduced a series of electoral reforms that implemented everything we asked for, except voter ID which remains before the Parliament.
Australia’s elections will now be audited before the election, and again after the election. With the other checks and balances introduced in this round of reform it is simply impossible for a federal election to be stolen.
One Nation is proud of the work we did to ensure Australian federal election integrity.
Every registered Australian voter is now free to participate in the electoral process, as a candidate, poll worker, supporter or donor confident in the knowledge that your efforts will not be wasted.
The result of the next Federal election will be the will of the people.
You can see a history of hard work and questioning I did on this over a long time here: https://www.malcolmrobertsqld.com.au/?s=election+integrity

Speculative water trading is a blight on our country. Even still, the Water Act 2007 specified that a transparent, public register of water trades should be established. 15 years later, we still have no public register.
The most recent attempt to establish a public register, my amendment to the Water Act, was voted down by the Liberals, Nationals and Labor. The question is, what have they got to hide?

Queensland’s Human Rights Commissioner has blasted the Palaszczuk Government’s move to extend the chief health officer’s unprecedented Covid powers, arguing “such significant human rights limitations” cannot be allowed to continue unchecked.
“As a community, we have learnt about the impacts of quarantining conditions on people’s mental health, the human rights limitations arising from public health directions that confine people to their homes and the mandating of vaccines,” Mr McDougall wrote in a scathing, 12-page submission to the committee.

The attached COVID Medical Network (CMN) letter dated 8 March 2022 summarises and supports the many concerns that people throughout the world have expressed in regard to the experimental COVID gene-based vaccines.
The CMN point to potential sub-standard data, governance and flawed processes that Australian governments and their advisers have relied on in approving and in mandating vaccinations. Vaccinations that we know have caused significant numbers of adverse effects and deaths.
The Morrison Government and their advisers in the TGA and ATAGI must respond promptly to these shocking allegations.
The Morrison Government must come clean and respond to the CMN and hand over their policies, minutes, advices and the data that they relied upon to so significantly affect the health and social fabric of Australia. And no blanked out (redacted) documents please.
This CMN letter, written and supported by doctors, clinicians, researchers and stakeholders must be treated seriously.
It is just another reason that One Nation is calling for a Royal Commission.
