این عمل بخاطر کشف کامپیوترهایی انجام میشود که هک شده و سفارشات جعلی ارسال میکنند.

علاوه بر ebay شرکت های بزرگ دیگری نیز از اسکریپت ضدکلاهبرداری ThreatMetrix استفاده میکنند از جمله
